good location on the right end of Sea Point and near the sea front. Room was spacious.
the room and the hotel as a whole were a little "tired"! It needs to be freshened up.

The only place to stay in Sea Point!
On top of being in a great location, what made the stay even better was the super friendly staff. Of special mention is the team in the restaurant who greeted us every day with a smile and made us feel most welcome!
A small improvement could be to install water coolers from which reusable containers could be filled for use in the rooms. Besides that, there was nothing to dislike!
