I have stayed at this accommodation on a number of occasions. The access communication has been not working for months. This is very frustrating

The location was central, with the beach and shops being close by. The room size was big, with a well stocked kitchen. Also the shampoo and body wash is of a high quality. The bed was comfortable.
The room has dirty and old carpets. The lift is old and needs an upgrade. The entrance can do with a facelift. A long mirror would be value add.
