Comfortable, homey base in Leeds with everything you need

Cosy, charming spot near Headingley stadium

Cold, the entrance stairs are uneven and a bit wobbly and might be dangerous for young children or the elderly, lacking in decent cooking facilities for longer stays

Perfect for visiting Leeds, easy access to Cricket, rugby, uni and the arena.

The house is in a really good location. On street parking was easy. House is modern with good facilities and very nice bedrooms. Bathroom is exceptional.

Stairs are steep but just been careful. No shower gel or washing up liquid in designated dispensers. Nothing major at all, it's a lovely place.

Lovely little place to stay in Headingly; clean and comfortable and we'd happily stay there again.

This little house suited our needs perfectly ... near to our son's Uni accommodation, so that we could easily see him. Most importantly for us was the fact that the house was dog friendly, which always makes life much easier :))

The house felt a little cold, but I appreciate we are in that time of year when the summer days are ending but it isn't quite cold enough to justify putting the heating on; my own house is just the same at the mo!

Tidy, well located house in Headingley

The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The place was very tidy. Bathroom and kitchen very clean. Staff were responsive. Location was perfect for us.

The sofas were very uncomfortable! Stairs were narrow and not ideal for us (we had our two young children with us). Steps leading up to the front door were damaged and steep. Bit of a funky smell in the top bedroom. Towels were also a bit funky smelling.

Cute little house

Well decorated throughout with comfy beds, lovely shower/bathroom. Not too far from town, walkable but we got a bus in. Close to pubs and shops. Nice area. Although we didn't cook the kitchen was good. Would stay again as it was well priced.

Front garden was scruffy and the steps up to the front door were a bit dodgy. Leather sofa was past it's best and uncomfortable but other sofa was fine. Steep stairs inside. A lock on the bathroom door would be nice as would a blind at the kitchen window.

Overall our stay was amazing it was just the break we needed would definitely recommended and love that dogs was allowed

We loved -self check in -the cleanliness -smart box and wifi -shower -the decor

There was glass in the garden at the bottom of the steps so we had to keep an eye on dogs at all time whilst they was in the garden, maybe could do with like a little gate and proper railing for garden as it would be a safety hazard for little dogs and even children (I say this because I have a tiny dog)and they are big drops. Could do with a new mattress or mattress topper as it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on

Spacious is not how I would describe the property, more compact.

Location was perfect.

Could have been serviced better prior to arriving just the little things like no washing up liquid or salt and pepper. Would have been nice to half milk and butter but understand these can go off. But back to the servicing prior and after why should they go off?

Quiet location not far to walk to pubs and restaurant and easy enough to find

Not spacious stairs very steep and floor boards either broken or missing felt like holes in the floors also concrete steps outside were lose and felt as if you were going to fall but host was good to reply regarding the shower just controls were very stiff

The toilet did not flush and there should have been a warning about the steep stairs as this could be an issue for people accessing the property and also leading to the bedrooms.

Alles in Ordnung

Es gab Teebeutel und Instant Kaffee. Tolle Dusche. Heizung funktioniert gut. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr gutes WLAN. Parkplatz vor der Tür kein Problem. Bus und Zug Station in der Nähe. Alles sehr ordentlich, gut durchdacht und organisiert.

Betten für 2 Personen etwas schmal und für uns subjektiv gesehen etwas hart. Kein Salz und Pfeffer. Eine Küchenschere nicht gefunden. Von Aussen schaut es etwas abschreckend aus, innen ist aber alles tipptopp.

Que estaban con alguna gotera, que estaba en reparación, y la luz z de seguridad no funcionaba y hubo algún tropiezo
