About this house rental

Summary:
Welcome to our newly renovated property located on the outskirts of Leeds. This Grade 2 listed mill has remained an important landmark in the area and still has plenty of history which you can still see today.

This stylish place to stay is great for group trips and families, perfect if you don't want to stay directly in the city centre, but if you want to stay close by the attaractions. Along with access to local walks in the area if you're still looking for the countryside.

The Space:
Living Room - Well designed living space with plenty of seating, including a large flat screen TV. More seating space with a table, where you can enjoy the VNO Stereo system and have a glass of wine.

Kitchen & Dining - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, gas hob, coffee machine, microwave & dishwasher. Beautiful wooden dining room table with seating for 6. There is a washing machine, with a drying rack located in the cupboard in the entrance.

Main Bathroom - Bath / Shower with quality towels and essential amenities provided.

Bedroom One - Bedroom with a king size bed and quality linen, ample hanging space, drawer storage, Robert bluetooth radio on the bedside table. Ensuite is included with shower and hairdryer provided.

Bedroom Two - Bedroom with a double bed with quality linen, plenty of hanging space. Robert Bluetooth Radio on the bedside table.

Internet - Wifi available

Entertainment - Large smart TV, VNO Stereo system and books.

Smart TV to log into Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts

There is allocated parking spaces outside.

There is keyless access to the property, this will be sent 2 days before check in.

We had a really lovely stay in this very well presented house. The house is very bright throughout with really nice interior design. The property is really handy for easy access to the centre of Leeds or access to the motorway for travel further a field. We stayed while our house was being renovated and found it a lovely place to work from home but also easy to access major routes out of Leeds when we needed to travel into work. There’s a lovely nature area within the housing estate that provides a nice place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend this property.
