Very disappointed
Beds were comfy
Lack of kitchen utensils..crockery (not enough for the number of people). I had to knock on a neighbours door for a potatoe peeler. Oven was not clean.. smoked a lot Kitchen bin had no lid No plug in the kitchen sink Only one tea towel Sofas were stained and sunk right down Toilet had to be flushed over and over The area outside was.not nice. Bins in front of the door. The property was not clean in my opinion. Needs work.

Great location shame about everything else ..
It was close to our family so a great location.
Doors didn't close properly and there wasn't even a door on the kitchen so it was cold and draughty. Some of the radiators didn't have individual controls so were either red hot or cold, toilet seat was BROKEN making it impossible to sit down on, whole place was shabby with dirty floors, walls and kitchen cupboards, curtain pole was hanging off the wall in the living room. Not at all worth the money we paid for it.

Good location
No access to a back yard or garden. One of the party was a smoker and had to keep going out the front of the building, it a dealbreaker just one to know.

Good place to stay for a group.
Tidy house, modern decor. Responsive staff. 10 mins taxi from centre.
Toilet seat was broken and it was a bit dusty in places. Very cold downstairs.

Disappointed with the accommodation overall for the price paid
Was a good location in Leeds, with parking outside, short uber ride into the centre.
Wasn’t equipped well with cutlery and plates, the top bedroom smelt awful

It is nice
Can park two cars at front door. Just walk 4 minutes to supermarket. Dive car to city centre around 10 minutes very convenient. The house everything ok, but the table is broken
