The location is great. Have enough rooms for 6 adults. You can’t find better at this price.
The water pressure of the bathroom was not high enough. Could mark the price higher if do some refurbishment. Would be great if have some fans in summer.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
The location of this house to Leeds city centre is about all that it has going for it.
Unfortunately this is all i can write about what i DID like about the property, ill never book this house again though.
To start, when you park on the driveway, you are greeting with a dirty used toilet on the driveway, then as you enter the property, the cleanliness of the house becomes apparent, as soon as you walk in, you are met with an overwhelming scent of musc and sweat, we later discovered that this scent was coming from all the bed sheets in all rooms, they definitely are not washed between visits. When we inspected the beds, they were full of hairs and dirt also. We had to lay blanket (of ours) on the beds to sleep.
The cleanliness of the floors/stairs/walls clearly showcased that the house itself isn't cleaned up at all after visitors, we experienced things stuck to the wall, filthy floors, grubby dishes and sticky patches on the kitchen floor.
Our experience only got worse when we actually sat on the bed, they're collapsed and the mattresses barely qualify as such. No spare pillows are provided and the ones on the bed look as though they've been run over.
To top of our experience, the heating was awful, we traveled up on a snowy day, the house did not get warm for the entire 24 hours that we were there. and the basement rooms radiator, did not even work!!
The owner is unresponsive to say the least and clearly doesn't care about customer experience of satisfaction, he was MIA as soon as we checked in and is still yet to reply to me 4 days later. We were unable to shower here, the facilities do not allow for it, I've seen better bathrooms at trucks stops. Other customers belongings were still in the bathroom too and the dust and dirt laying on the loo roll made my stomach turn.
Overall, I'm so disappointed, the house itself is rather expensive to stay in and the money clearly doesn't go toward the running, upkeep and maintenance of this property. Our entire weekend was ruined and after traveling for 3.5 hours, we had no choice but to stay. Ive now had to come back and boil wash my belongings, i felt that filthy after staying here.
