Very spacious accommodation with a verandah

Public areas of the building are grubby particularly the lift

Large and bright. Has everything you are likely to need. Good parking. Close enough to walk into city centre.

Not able to use the private gates to access the city more conveniently (these belong to the adjacent flat blocks).

Easy to locate the box and enter the code to get the keys. It's right next to the entrance of the car park.

There wasn't anything not to like. Fully met expectation.

Good space, good size bathroom and shower room.

Entrance to car park in a one way road. Entrance is the first of the shutter and not 2nd. Broken curtains in the living room where two sofa beds are situated. In summer make it impossible to sleep- managed slightly by hanging clothes on the door. No bed sheets for the sofa beds and no cover for one duvet. There should be instructions for how to start dishwasher or washing machine. TV in all rooms but no Freeview and one in living room not even working for internet. With this price accommodation should have expected slightly better facilities.
