Comfy, clean

Clean, comfy, did the job! On street parking. Nice kitchen

Only one bathroom and tricky with 5 adults, especially as no seperate toilet.

Cosy house with spacious bedrooms

Rooms are all lovely and spacious, House is very clean and contact is good with the owners. Everything you need is there.

The only negative i suppose is the second set of stairs which are a little bit steep, however there is a handrail to assist you, just take your time going down them, 1 other than that It was perfect for what we needed it for and we will use it again

Great weekend break close to Leeds.

Great house with a lovely cosy lounge, comfortable sofas/chairs for 7 people in our group. Easy to get Ubers to and from Leeds Headingley.

One of the beds was a small double which was a little small.

18th Birthday Party

The house is well presented, comfortable and warm. It was perfect for us, a mum with 4 'adult' children 17 to 21. We filled the fridge with ice and soft drinks got some great take out and snuggled up on really comfortable sofas, loads of cushions, with Netflix or Monopoly and then went out and partied. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Beds vv comfortable Kitchen best room in the house. The location is walkable into the cc, though we had the car with us. Taxi ranged from £20 [Amber] at 2am to £40 [Uber] at 9pm Leeds we thought has good shopping and fun nightlife. We enjoyed our family celebration immensly.

If we had to be really picky the basement was scary and def. could be better used. At age 55 mum missed a bedroom chair to throw clothes at and sit in to get her shoes on. The steep staircase made her better organised in the morning though; a downstairs bathroom would have helped. Had to wash out the cutlery drawer!!!!

A brilliant house right in the middle of Holbeck. A great location, easy check in and communication, and all you could want or need. Very nicely renovated and a great base for exploring Leeds and the surrounding area.
