We were attending first direct arena, good location only 20 mins away. Came with a free parking permit, plenty of spaces around and nearby to park. Very good value for money. Good facilities, very clean and prompt return of security deposit.

The apartment was neat and tidy.
Room advertised was different from one allocated. Heating was poor, bathroom was narrow and very difficult to use the toilet. Shower cubicle was too small .

Location was convenient.
I was woken up by lights coming on in the apartment which were connected with sensor lights in the communal corridor - freaked me out! The toilet bowl was dirty and the seat was broken. The bed was made up with creased sheets that smelled funky and there was no mattress protector. There was some noise coming from the street outside and I could hear people on the stairs and in the apartment above.
