An excellent, budget option to stay in a lovely well presented apartment with great local amenities.

The apartment was extremely clean and well presented. It is heated really well, and has great local amenities. The apartment has a full functioning fridge freezer, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer all of which were extremely helpful.

The area isn’t the most well presented area in the world, but it’s a mainly just a student area which makes it feel a little safer and we didn’t have any issues. The mattress was comfy enough for a short stay, but a mattress topper could be added to improve comfort for longer stays.

The surrounding area is really grim..but thats clear from the other reviews, and I was aware of that before going. Also found street parking difficult and glass all over so careful with tyres.

Beautiful property

Loved the place, about a 15minute taxi from the centre but only cost about £6 on average for an uber. Great Turkey Coffee shop over the road. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen/front room is lovely and spacious. Clean and modern. The owner was always at hand but gave everything upfront, so we didn't have a need to contact them. Plenty of on street parking and the property is the best looking one on the street and been done up to a high standard. The shower has great water pressure and had plenty of clean towels.

The only thing I would say but is down to preference, the pillows were really hard and could not get comfy., the last step is a little steep for someone who is 5ft2 (i did have to jump it) also with it been a student area, the noise can be disruptive ar times but we dont mind that and it does pass quickly. The area outside is a little off putting to some, so all id say is, your not experiencing the street so just ignore the over flowing rubbish on the street and make yourself comfy inside becuade it is beautiful and definitely the best house on the street. It has been done up to a high level.

Brilliant, comfy flat ideal for gigs nearby

The flat is very comfortable and everything works really well. Its ideally located for the Brudenell Social Club for gigs-we have already re-booked for next year-a 3 minute walk, also to a good pub nearby, great Turkish patisserie, international supermarket and usual supermarkets-great looking curry places we didn't get to try-all in a 5 minute walk. Student area so felt lively but not intrusive.

We went to the front of the property but a useful sign directed us to the alley around the back which have a lot of bins at one end-felt safe and ok though but can see it might worry some. Was then easy to find the basement flat with nice new awning and picnic table. Steps down are slightly steep but easy to access lockbox and then when you get in feels really cozy and safe. Bed a bit smaller than used to but was fine.

Everything else. Beautiful newly refurbished accommodation. Great shower, huge TVs.

Only suggest that an information pack be provided, for central heating, TVs, what to do with waste bags etc. Local bus services and taxi companies perhaps.

The property was in a great location. Discrete and safe entry and very good value for money. It was very spacious for one person and had all the amenities needed for a short stay

Great modern flat close to the Brudenell

The flat is lovely, really well kitted out with everything you could need. All modern, looks as new.

Instructions on actually finding the place were not clear enough - it’s down a back alley between terraces and we couldn’t see any name so we ended up at the wrong address (21 Brudenell Mount) which I assume is owned by the same people but rented to some lovely students who showed us where we actually needed to go. The bed was surprisingly small considering how well the rest of the flat was done up. We’d use the sofa bed next time I think (and we’re not big people). And there was no soap in the bathroom dispenser (not a real problem as we always bring some with us). Little things. The overall experience was great.

Great little place close to the University of Leeds

Visiting daughter at the university and stayed for 3 nights. Good location, close to the lovely Hyde Park, near convenience stores and bus stops into town if you don't fancy the 20 min walk. The flat was modern and fresh, everything was working well. Massive shower/bathroom, fresh new bedding. Couple of pillows that were way too big/hard to sleep on but the other 2 were good, lovely kitchen but didn't cook whilst there. Definitely recommend 👍

The location was great for us but it is in a rather scruffy area unfortunately. It felt safe enough but there's a lot of rubbish around due to the number of student flats and full up wheelie bins everywhere. The outside of this building looked a little out of place tbh as it was much nicer than the rest. We had to park our car quite a way away but that was fine for us. Also there's a few very big steps down to the front door and the drain doesn't drain properly by the front door and you have to tread to the side to miss getting a bootie.

The location was awful the road had bins overflowing with rubbish, derelict empty house opposite, the road leading to the property had broken glass and rubbish strewn around. It felt quite intimidating and unclean. The property had stains on the wall and the carpet was also stained

Comfortable & cool - lovely stay in a beautiful apartment.

Clean, comfortable & modern; very well appointed and plenty of room.

Finding parking was a bit tricky, but it is a busy area and as long as you drive around, there are spaces to be found.

Super cosy flat. Well located to visit students staying in the area. Interesting cafes nearby.

Couldn't get the internet to work well for the main TV in the living room, but didn't use the TV much so no problem.

Down pipe from flat above was detached so every time you went through the front door you risked having bath/shower water on your head- it happened twice. So much litter in the road. Small double bed
