Easy check in, spacious . Complete opposite to the area surrounding. Very suprised when in. Pleasingly quiet didnt hear any outside noise. Good walking distance to headingly

Toliet seat was broke and loose , bin wouldnt close properly.

Nice cosy property. Don't be put off by the outside as once inside you could be anywhere. Perfect place to stay for the night. There was a fan in the bedroom and the living room.

No milk in the fridge. Tea and coffee supplied but only powdered milk. Toilet seat was very loose and the shower door had an issue - both items reported to Landlord when we left so hopefully these will need sorted. Didn't like having to strip the bed as thought the cleaners would be doing this.

Nice decor, everything worked perfectly and it was very clean. Pretty little outside area which amusingly contrasts the rest of the street but that's not anyone's fault, I found that everyone was quite nice despite the nature of the area. The inside itself had a little wear and tear, like a little dent to the wall from what I'm assuming was due to someone swinging the door open, but I think at the end of the day that is part of the business- people are coming in and out all the time and not everyone treats it nicely. Overall I think it's a great property with a unique location being so close to the social club and very nice restaurants, and street parking all over. Would recommend if you're staying in Leeds for a gig.
