Lovely cottage close to the hospital / med school and a few min walk into the city centre, private parking, and quiet location away from main roads. Very attractive and clean inside.
The heating was on but the cottage remained very cold until the next morning, necessitating huddling under rugs and quilts in the evening. I received a number of generic messages from the hosts but struggled to get a response to anything specific.

Love the open plan aspects of the house. Very roomy and quite spacious.
I think more attention to cleaning details like under the sofa when we pulled out the bed, food waste under there from previous booking

Lovely and warm Great location Well equipped kitchen
Smells of tobacco smoke Upstairs no where to plug in a bedside light on one side of the bed. Electrics look a bit dodgy behind the bed! I received a message during our stay asking if everything was okay. I replied asking about the light but did not get a reply to that.
