It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size and it was warm. There was plenty of new crockery, cutlery etc. The shower was great, good water pressure.
The outside area is scruffy, particularly at the back but the flat itself is clean, warm and safe. Just don’t expect a view.

Superbly laid out and very clean. I did think I would hear the noise from the main road but once inside you can’t hear a thing.

Nice basement unit with 2 lovely beds. Everything brand new. Good kitchen and laundry (we didn’t get to use them). We couldn’t find free parking and had to leave before permit parking started. Close to shops and into town.
No parking. Would have been a much higher review but owner didn’t have permit as advertised and we couldn’t park our car. Had to leave it a few streets away and leave before 8am.
If you have little kids be careful of bedroom doors, they shut on their own fast (thinking of fingers getting caught).
Internet is very weak in bedrooms but good in lounge. Bathroom small. Steep stairs down to basement level.
