A funky inner city location with plenty to do locally. The bus stops right outside.
There was rubbish littering the front path and the rear steps that are visible from the bedroom windows. This creates a bad impression - but does seem to be a wider problem associated with the neighbourhood.

Modern new and clean inside but still a basement
De entrance and exterior looks abandoned like you are going in a abandoned building. Dirty, abandoned fence, weeds, in the entrance (photo attached) . Then a deposit was claim outside of Booking.com the customer service were very nice by contacting them and giving us the ok and confidence to give our credit cards data on a different website
