Was pretty good overall

The location was absolutely amazing the facilities like the kitchen were great

Lovely apartment,20 min walk from city.

Email asked to help by stripping the bed which we did. The mattress protector and mattress were dirty 😷😔. Apart from that great stay

Quick stay in Leeds.

The apartment was clean tidy and spacious. Well equipped. Nice and warm! Easy parking with permit.

There are steep steps down which was a bit difficult with luggage and rain. Only on demand tv. Soap dispenser was empty. Slight noise at night from upstairs doing their washing at 10.30pm .

Beautifully decorated and clean stay

Very clean with nice modern decoration. Great TVs and WiFi, shower was lovely and the beds comfy. Heating worked great and we liked the addition of the fans as well. Everything we needed had been thought of. Also a good location near a Tesco Express.

Great stay — clean, comfortable and excellent value

The apartment was really well thought out — powerful shower, comfy bed, and plenty of power sockets right beside the bed. Everything I needed was there, and the place had a clean, modern, professional feel. It’s also in a great location, close enough to town to get around easily. The price was fantastic compared to a hotel for two people, and I really liked the smooth self check-in and check-out.

Really good value for 2 couples for a weekend in Leeds. Perfectly clean, comfy beds, decent shower. Good check in communications. Convenient location only 30 mins walk or very quick taxi to city centre. Would highly recommended.

It is a basement flat which suited us as we basically only slept there and the bedrooms were lovely and dark, but if you were planning on spending a long time it may be something to consider.

The shower was amazing. The location is great. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Ideal for dropping students at University. Would stay again.

Not much, would really recommend this accommodation! Some external noise but beyond the owners control, the area is a bit run down but parking was easy and the flat was secure.

Perfect for our needs

The apartment was brilliant for what we wanted which was drop our daughter at her uni accommodation. Brilliant location for this. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed and was very comfortable and excellently maintained. Shower was good. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but maybe we prefer a harder mattress. Parking right outside a bonus too especially in a city.

Great apartment

The apartment was in an ideal location for us as it was a 1/2 hour walk from Headingley Cricket ground. The apartment itself had all the amenities for cooking in. Beds were comfy also. Is a basement flat with about 8 steps down which are a bit steep but has a good solid handrail. There is a small Tesco express about 1 min walk away for all the basics.

Could do with more cutlery and crockery. There was literally 1 of everything and only 2 teaspoons, but we managed.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

It was exactly what we needed (& more) for a one night stay whilst attending a gig at the nearby Brudenell Social Club. Parking right outside property also a bonus. The apartment is immaculate. Beds extremely comfortable. All the facilities you would need for a self catering stay

Well appointed apartment. Lovely location. Very responsive host. Late check on request which was very helpful. Quiet stay. Comfortable beds.

I didn’t realise it was a basement. I suffer from migraines and prefer natural light. Luckily I worked out how to over ride lights that came on automatically in the hallway that were way too bright, especially if just nipping to the toilet in the night. You could do with less obtrusive lighting in the bathroom and hallway, (it would probably save you electricity too). Thank goodness I had only booked one night! I don’t like bar stools I prefer dining chairs. The bathroom was tiny. Personally I love a soak in a bath not a shower. I would have preferred a dishwasher I don’t wash up on a daily basis I don’t want to wash up on holiday.

Excellent apartment, close to the city centre

Lovely modern apartment, very clean and well equipped. We stayed during very warm weather and both bedrooms had portable air conditioning. Both bedrooms had good sized double beds with TV. Excellent choice for a stay with our teenage daughter

The location was excellent. We were visit our daughter in Leeds and the apartment was ideally located. The parking permit was a real bonus and we were able to park immediately outside the apartment.

Beautiful apartment close to Leeds university

This apartment was lovely and finished to a high standard just like the photos. The beds were comfy and the apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. We stayed here as were attending a gig at the university which was a short walk away. An uber into the city centre was less then £6. I would definitely stay here again, the apartment was easy to find and great communication from the host 😁.

No parking but lovely apartment.

Nice basement unit with 2 lovely beds. Everything brand new. Good kitchen and laundry (we didn’t get to use them). We couldn’t find free parking and had to leave before permit parking started. Close to shops and into town.

No parking. Would have been a much higher review but owner didn’t have permit as advertised and we couldn’t park our car. Had to leave it a few streets away and leave before 8am. If you have little kids be careful of bedroom doors, they shut on their own fast (thinking of fingers getting caught). Internet is very weak in bedrooms but good in lounge. Bathroom small. Steep stairs down to basement level.
