Simple to get keys and instructions were clear and halpful
the sofa bed was not the most comfortable to sit on, but completely understand why its a beneficial piece of furniture for the accomodation

The flat was immaculate clean well presented and cosy. Staff were quick to respond to any queries I had by WhatsApp. I definitely use the flat again.
