The property was well maintained, clean and quiet location.
Check-in and Check-out times were 4pm and 10am (respectively), slightly different to the usual check in and out times of 3pm & 11am. Slightly inconvenient especially as a check out. There was a paid option to extend these times @ £10 p/h and as it was mentioned and offered on the very first point of contact it led me to believe that said check-in/out times were orchestrated for this reason. A minor gripe but did not taint the lovely accommodation and host.

Central but quiet location. Comfortable and clean. Grateful for croissants, orange juice and tea/coffee etc.
No extract in downstairs bathroom. dDownstairs bed small for two people but comfy.
