Good location clean

Comfortable flat with all you need. Quick responses from host. Fairly good location from town. Good size and warm.
Some fixtures needed seeing to - blinds were a bit broken and towel rail in bathroom needs fixing.
Car park was a 5 minute walk away, not opposite like stated. Also the flat was on the 9th floor and when we arrived the lift was out of order. Not the hosts fault, and it did get fixed for the next day, but would have been an issue if we had any mobility issues.
Instructions on how to use things in the flat would have been useful.

the beds were neat, the bathroom was clean and plenty of space.
walking into the apartment we got hit by the smell of marijuana, wasn’t very nice.
the settee beds had no covers which we had to get back in touch to get somebody to get the bedding, which the person on the other side of the phone was quite rude.
