convenient, very nice apartment.
nice clean apartment, great location, great value, nice views, full equipt kitchen. no problems once in the apartment.
The lift wasn't working, the public areas and hallways were a bit dirty, we didn't know where to park the car as the host didn't tell us the information, so we ended up in the wrong space and had a nasty note on the car in the morning saying they would report us.

Lovely apartment and great host. Apartment is in a great location for City Centre and Uni of Leeds
We had a great stay here in Dec for 2 nights. Spacious, bright and spotless. Excellent communication from the host from start to finish. The host sent a video of how to get the keys. Please do watch the video - we didnt watch the video beforhand. We thought we would easily figure it out when we got there and couldnt work it out by ourselves. There are actually 2 entrances and we were trying to get the keys from the wrong entrance. The video does explain this though. Anyway the host was available immediately on the phone and he guided us as to how to get the keys. We stayed there in Dec and when we entered and turned on the heating - it kicks in immediately and the flat is lovely and warm. There is parking outside the block and it is free for an hour during the day and then free between 6pm-8am. Outside of that time we found parking near the Grosvenor Casino which is a short walk away. It is free parking in the evening until 8am so that took care of our parking needs. We were able to walk in to the city centre from the apartment and to University of Leeds.
The communal areas are a bit neglected and I later found out that there is a renovation plan going on with some apartments being renovated and then the communal areas will follow. Other than that there isn't anything that I didnt like.
