Contact with the hosts was excellent and they made and kept in contact from initial booking which was reassuring and full of valuable information.
The apartment is in a superb location central to Leeds and minutes from a venue where we had booked to see music. Plenty of local parking , shops, bars , restaurants and an energetic vibe to the area.
The apartment was clean and spacious , full of facilities and everything we needed for a day and nights stay. If I ever need to return to Leeds this would be the first place I would check for availability.
There was nothing , the only problem I had and it was entirely down to me was on arrival I struggled to find the loading bay to park and caused a bit of carnage parking in the bus stop outside the block. Like I say my fault for not seeing it, it's about 50 metres away from he front door

nice , clean and spacious. great location in city centre. owners are friendly and we luckily were able to get an earlier check in. had everything you needed.

Beautiful apartment, great location, lots of nice extra details - coffee machine with pods, umbrellas available to use, fans in the rooms. The hosts have clearly put thought and effort in, very much enjoyed staying there.
Warm in a heatwave but that's to be expected, the fans were a nice addition. It's in the city centre so.you get city centre noise, but again, to be expected and nothing problematic.

The location is brilliant and close to everywhere that we wanted to go to. The apartment had good facilities and was a very comfortable stay.
It could have done with another set of towels as some were being used for the window condensation, which meant that two of us had to share. Because of the condensation the outer walls were quite damp and mouldy, but as we werent in the apartment a lot, this didn't bother us too much. The lift was out of order completely and being on the 5th floor meant you got your exercise in. The owner did make us aware that the lift was being repaired prior to going.
