Great Leeds Accommodation

We liked the location and walkability of the area. We were moving our son into college, and this was a great launching point. Approx 10-15 minute walk to the train station, bus stop galore in front and near side streets. It is right across from the art gallery and Victoria Square. 5-10 minutes to restaurants, briggate shopping, kirkstall market, corn exchange, and riverfront. Flat was comfortable with an expandable table for seating, and the kitchen was stocked well. Hosts knew we would need the pull out couch a few nights and went ahead and made it up for us, which was very nice after a long day and night of travel. Rooms were generally well decorated and very comfortable. Access to a washer/dryer in the unit was perfect for us mid trip. We loved the round windows and seeing the cityscape from the flat, but the bonus was that the windows opened slightly and the girls enjoyed sitting in the windows to read or just people watch.

We had 5 people for a few nights, which was a little cramped, but it worked. When our son moved onto campus, it was fine. It took us a while to get used to the creeky floor, and we had mixed responses to the city noise below. A few of us did not mind it, but it bothered my wife a little.

A good apartment in a fantastic location.wish I’d known about it sooner!

The location was perfect for us. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable

The lift wasn’t working but we did get reimbursed for that. The towels were very small and a bit rough. Few problems with the WiFi initially but got it sorted

Nice apartment

Really nice apartment perfectly located in Leeds city centre only 5 mins from the train station. The apartment is excellent very clean and well maintained.

The communal areas are very tired and as you go in the entrance it gives you the wrong impression, plus the lift wasn't working which wasn't great as the apartment is on the 5th floor.

Convenient high quality apartment for a city centre stay

Ideal location for visiting central Leeds with theatres and nightlife easily reached on foot, but away from any noise and late night disruption. More than enough good quality kitchen/dining equipment to produce dine-in meals. Heating easily adjusted and efficient, coupled with good bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Hosts were very helpful and prompt responders to any request.

Great weekend

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you could think of provided, it was like home from home. Central location to shops, bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds and no disturbed sleep. Great communication with Tim and Jade (owners). Would definitely recommend

Pleasant

The location is brilliant and close to everywhere that we wanted to go to. The apartment had good facilities and was a very comfortable stay.

It could have done with another set of towels as some were being used for the window condensation, which meant that two of us had to share. Because of the condensation the outer walls were quite damp and mouldy, but as we werent in the apartment a lot, this didn't bother us too much. The lift was out of order completely and being on the 5th floor meant you got your exercise in. The owner did make us aware that the lift was being repaired prior to going.

Lovely property in the centre of the city. Feels like home

Great location, nice apartment with plenty of amenities making it feel like home. Messaged Tim with requests who was prompt with replying. Also messaged Sanita who was fantastic and as we had a little child left some bits for him to play with and a cot to sleep in so overall was a very comfortable and lovely visit.
