Not the best accomodation we have stayed in or street/area. But we still had a good time in Leeds.

WE found it nice to have your own ensuite. Even though one was for two bedrooms. Bedrooms clean and bathrooms too. Heating good as was cold outside. Fairly quiet area.

No one had cleared out the fridge freezer. No tea towel, Only one hob ring worked, no tea spoons, No downstairs toilet. Washing machine in the dingy basement, Not free parking as stated. Sons car had to have a sign in the window awaiting permits as permit parking zone.

Lovely house, very spacious. For the girls please look into maybe a mirror in the living area.

For us it was a great location. Very close to bus stop, tesco etc and the rooms were nice.

A basic comfortable stay

The house was very clean and surprisingly spacious for its location and price. There were ensuites for each room (jack and Jill ensuite for the upper rooms).

A couple of the beds were less comfortable, and some of the furniture seemed tired. There was always street parking, but the street felt neglected, with glass and razor blades on the road.

Graduation family 1 night stop over

Close to the centre, plenty od bedrooms & bathrooms. Stayed over as a group for our Daughter's Graduation. Would have needed 5 hotel rooms which worked out so expensive. Value for money, lounge, kitchen & bedrooms all decent standard.

Just could do with a general bit if TLC in hall & stairs.

A quick one night stay in a not so cleaned house.

Location was in town but in a run down area.

Cleanness of linen n towels are not good. They didn’t appear to be cleaned, Not enough trash bags for large group Kitchen utensils dishes are not well equipped Very steep stairs to climb up to rooms. Need to have bathroom on ground floor

The property a bit far from the Center, we arrived late night and no heating , the cooker has been broken ! Not suitable for family with kids and adults!

Small sitting room , not much setting area in kitchen ! No clean enough !

Practical clean home

The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

My only.comment is that the stairs are a little steep , and might be difficult for anyone elderly or infirm. There is a step between some of the rooms too, so again just a note for anyone elderly or infirm.

A fabulous gem

The location was perfect for us. So roomy with each bedroom having access to it's own bathroom. Comfy beds. Fabulous kitchen.

Not a 'didn't like', more of a recommendation; the bedrooms could do with some hooks to hang clothes and a mirror near the plugs in there too. A handrail on the stairs could be an asset.
