Good place to stay

Great location. The apartment was really nice with all you need for a night away.

Great location, needs some TLC

Great location for city centre and spacious apartment

Was difficult to locate checking in , a different location to the apartment. Some of the furniture was damaged, could have been cleaner and lacking in some essentials (toilet paper) .

Rooms were nice, beds comfortable.

Reception and check in is almost impossible to find. Clerk was more interested in clocking off early than doing her job. Took the phone off the hook at 5.20pm - couldn't ring when we needed to find the place and nearly missed check in. We felt she was somewhat unprofessional. We spent 45 minutes looking for the place due to a road closure. Clerk agreed it was hard to find so why aren't they doing anything to fix the problem? All it would take is a message with some instruction.

Perfect base for a night out in Leeds

Fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from Greek Street where we were attending an event. Spacious with lots of useful facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Location.

We checked in late in the evening, which had been informed to the apartment management in advance. However, the key was kept in a different building, requiring us to walk between buildings in very cold December weather. Additionally, the bathroom heater in our unit was not working.

Fantastic apartment!

The 2 bed apartment was absolutely brilliant! Spotlessly clean with all the basics you could need. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, snacks, and bottled water are all provided! There were robes for all guests and Molton Brown toiletries. Don't be put off by comments about the views. Yes, the views are of alleyways, and those alleyways do have bins in them but its right in the middle of city center Leeds so theres not a lot can be done about that, it was however surprisingly quiet over night given its location. The staff were very happy and helpful. They guided us in when we could not find reception and went above and beyond to help me locate an item I left in the room.

Great property, double check any request before arrival

Requested an early check in, which was agreed ahead of time, when it came to check in, was told no rooms available as too busy to get your room ready., come back at 3.00 After much arguing we finally got a clean room at our requested check in time

Great apartment in a top location.

Excellent location, well appointed apartment in a very secure building. Spacious en-suite bathrooms and big showers. Liked the toiletries and added tea/coffee/biscuit.

Some of the kitchen facilities were sparse - no dishwasher tabs, limited washing up liquid, no plug or basin to wash dishes in, and no scrubbing sponge or brush (just a j cloth). Living area is quite small. The thing that annoyed me most was that there were no blinds for the windows - given how close we were to the building opposite, they could see right in.

The apartment was Very spacious and the added toiletries were handy as we forgot ours. It was sooo convenient for the arena and bars. Very high end apartment. Reasonable price. All very easy. Would come again.

I would suggest handwash would be an added bonus in the kitchen Please can you check the kettle as it smoked a bit when in use.

Lovely apartment in city centre

Good location shame about a number of issues encountered

The central location is great if you are doing lots in the City. Having the 2 bedrooms gave us lots of space and really liked having 2 bathrooms too.

The 1st apartment we were given smelt badly of smoke so we asked to move. The 2nd apartment unfortunately had not had the fridge cleaned and inside there was old split milk everywhere which was really vile :( Someone did come to clean it but every time we opened the fridge, the smell was awful. The beds were supposed to be king beds but they were no bigger than doubles which was a shame. Even though fans are provided the rooms get very hot in the summer and if you open the window there is a lot of noise from the road. Don't like the £200 holding deposit coming off your credit card and not being refunded for a few days. Should only be a "holding" amount not actually debited from you.

Very attractive flat, well stocked. Quiet. Great location..

Terrible wifi. No air conditioning. Not enough sockets and not in the right places. No hooks anywhere to hang your coat and clothes, quite annoying as one of the rooms had no closet. Four hooks would have made a big difference.

Modern quiet apartment in excellent location

The apartment is very modern and clean. The lady on reception allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm. The location was superb and even though in the centre of Leeds it was very quiet.

The apartment was too hot, there were fans available but it needed air conditioning, it made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The shower was so modern it took a while to figure out how to turn it on and the on/off tap was very stiff. A £200 deposit for breakages was taken but it’s not refunded for a few days until after the stay.

We had stayed in a one-bed apartment a month previously. This time we had a two-bed apartment which was as good if not better. Loads of space and really well furnished. The apartments are really central with secure parking virtually next door. Can’t see us staying anywhere else when we are in Leeds.

No air, couldn’t breathe, too loud outside. Parking £26 for 6hours

The out of hours security guard was really nice and helpful, But The location was awful, simply. The suite alone was lovely inside, however even though the weather was cold, it was boiling, no fan or air con, For the price you pay the location was terrible, it felt like I was in a kitchen as there are two huge air vents outside the windows which are on constantly, there is genuinely no air circulating around the apartment, it was cramped and way too warm considering it was cold outside.

No air, couldn’t breathe Two huge air vents outside which were on constantly, so you either close your windows so you can’t hear them and suffocate or keep them open for a few gasp of air and listen to them all night , There is two doors right outside the bedroom window leading into I guess someone’s apartment, no privacy, For the price and the interior id of expected some sort of ventilation or air con. Then it wouldn’t be half as bad, There was a broken fan in the room which gave out no air, was filthy needed cleaning but even that didn’t do anything, The parking was down the road about quarter of a mile, £27 for 6 hours. I had to leave at 6am, safe to say waste of trip, a hotel would be more sustainable if you are needing a quick stop.

I will always check to see if there is availability here when visiting Leeds - its great

You couldn't get closer to the shops, bars and restaurants of Leeds. The car parking is very near by and using the code given we got 25% off. The apartment is HUGE, there is a lot of empty space as it feels like a show home that is been used as a Airbnb for now. They could easily add a singe bed to what i imagine would be a study if you were to live there. Everything band new, spotless clean, tea,coffee and milk (and some nibbles) all provided. Great toiletries, there is a washing machine if you were there longer than we were. Beds super comfy nice bedding, would 100% stay here again.

Just because i am heading into my 60's there is a spiral staircase inside the apartment which can be difficulty to navigate especially with a suitcase. Shower in main bathroom was great but a little complicated to figure out which knob did what, but i got there. Floor was s bit slippy once it got wet, but these are such small issues (apart from the staircase).
