Excellent location in city center , rooms was excellent and beds was supper comfy , only down fall is not many utensils for cooking but everything eles was brilliant and cant fault
Some more utensils for kitchen as not much choice and struggled cooking

Everything was really good but a microwave in the kitchen would have been helpful but didn’t cause us an issue.

Great accommodation, extremely clean, comfy bed. Good customer service.
Inconsiderate other guests who were noisy coming in at 4am. Would definitely stay again. Very impressed with accommodation.

Rooms were nice, beds comfortable.
Reception and check in is almost impossible to find. Clerk was more interested in clocking off early than doing her job. Took the phone off the hook at 5.20pm - couldn't ring when we needed to find the place and nearly missed check in. We felt she was somewhat unprofessional. We spent 45 minutes looking for the place due to a road closure. Clerk agreed it was hard to find so why aren't they doing anything to fix the problem? All it would take is a message with some instruction.
