Location excellent. Good faculties. Nice rooms. Fans included (heatwave).
The alleys leading to the property and unfortunately both smell of urine. Not sure that’s avoidable though.

Rooms were nice, beds comfortable.
Reception and check in is almost impossible to find. Clerk was more interested in clocking off early than doing her job. Took the phone off the hook at 5.20pm - couldn't ring when we needed to find the place and nearly missed check in. We felt she was somewhat unprofessional. We spent 45 minutes looking for the place due to a road closure. Clerk agreed it was hard to find so why aren't they doing anything to fix the problem? All it would take is a message with some instruction.
