Beautifully luxe room, so comfortable and well appointed - what a treat! Loved having a kitchen and the facilities. The studio was spotless, everything was high quality including the furnishings and the bedding and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches. I booked another stay before I checked out - that says it all really!
The location is right in the city centre, in the heart of the action. This is a big plus if you’re there to enjoy all that Leeds has to offer but bear in mind, it is noisy, particularly at the weekend. In winter this is probably fine as you can have the windows closed but in the height of summer bear this in mind!

A very friendly & polite receptionist greeted & booked us in. Our apartment was beautiful, modern, stylish & with everything we needed in it. Molton & Brown bathroom products were also a hit for that little added luxury. We had 2 tall standing fans in our apartment which were much needed on a summers evening. Location is brilliant too, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station.
Took us a few minutes extra to find as it's tucked away down a side street, there is a small notice on the wall which I didn't spot at first.

The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The location is really good especially with the light carpark across the road that you get a discount for. The staff are pleasant too. The price for these apartments is on par with some 3star hotel rooms so very good value.
This is our second visit and it's not as nice as last year. The decor is a bit scruffy and it's not as clean. A fair few of the utensils were not properly clean. Burn marks on the carpet from someones straighteners. The tv in both rooms had signal issues so it was impossible to watch anything. The noise from the alley was really bad with glass bins being emptied and drunk people yelling but the hotel can't help that.
