Enjoyable weekend would consider future stay there

Location very good. The ambiance of the property very nice.

No space, no heat. Weird layout. 1 bed townhouse, not 2.

Cleaning- 5/10 Nothing special about apartment 10. The layout was awful! Not enough space. The living area is tiny (no bigger than a box room) The cleaning was not done to standard. When booking this apartment different pictures were shown of a bigger space. The apartment we was given had one bedroom (I booked a 2 bed town house) 1 other bed was thrown into an open space that everyone had to walkthrough to access the living room, out of order. I will never return due to the condition of the space. If I was given the apartment I actually booked (9) then I would’ve been happy.

Scam

Very clean

I felt as though we where sold a dream with a hot tub and rooftop terrace access however upon arrival we realised this was not an option and infact to use said facilities we where required to upgrade to a better room (which was already booked for the night) if we had of known the terrace and jacuzzi was an upgrade we would of done so but this is was not listed no we're on the ad. Additionally, for three quarters of our stay we had no heating / ways to warm up as the central heating screen wasn't working. After asking the owner about why they said someone will be round "asap" to sort it out. An hour and a half later a kind gentleman came to try and resolve the issue, he couldn't. So after an hour or him trying to solve it he resolved to bringing us a single heater to heat the whole house.

Loved the location and style. Had everything we needed for 1 nights stay.

Heating was a little bit of an issue - ground floor had no heating at all. Middle floor was a bit up and down. The top floor was like a sauna.

What a filthy dirty broken mess ! Add to that the fact that they try and purposely set you up by paying £100 deposit for consumable items that they’ve allegedly left in the property , at best it’s a scam at worst it’s as fraudulent act carried out with intent and purpose. So not book , it’s that simple !!

Very nice place, but it not acceptable that we haven't had a refundable deposit piad back by now.

The relaxing hot tub terrace was super. Very unique building that was very well overhauled fo rthe purpose

The most impratnt and upsetting remaining issue is that from our stay in August, I still haven't been paid back the deposit! Collecting the key was OK, but the room in which we met the rep was so loud I striuggled to hear him.

Great location and stylish building but needs some adjustments to bring to a decent standard for price

Very cool building and loved the roof terrace. Location was great to get to all the bars and restaurants.

The shower room stank of damp. There is a huge problem there. It made the whole downstairs smell. We did not use the shower for that reason. We all had one towel each and that was it. No hand towel in bathroom. There was no cups or glasses in the apartment despite advertising free coffee. We had to go to the bar next door to ask for some. Seems mad to provide a whole spice rack, but leave out the basics! There was no tea towel. Again, this is a basic requirement. The upstairs room only had one red light behind the bed. The downstairs one had a big light, no lamps which isn’t practical.

Perfect location for a Leeds getaway. Fun, Quirky!

Host met us at the side of the bar and he was very friendly and welcoming. Property was fun and spacious in an excellent location. Saw lots of complaints about noise but in Blayds 14 it is on the end so we had no noise from the bar. The air conditioning system was quite noisy but between that and my tinnitus it wasn't an issue, they also gave very good ear plugs!

It was quite cold so could have been warmer, the hot tub was a little cold as well (but im 40 years old so feel it more!) but it was a nice addition to the property. Could have done with some cloths to wash the dishes I felt bad that I had to leave them and to generally wipe over the sides etc.

Perfect for our trip ,

It was well situated for our trip , only a 6 minute walk from train station & 15 min walk to First Direct Arena ( simply Red)

Only one very small bathroom between 4 off us , The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped toaster or grill , just a kettle , no toaster , it was next door to a club , but we had been warned & it wasn’t that bad ( closed around 1am)

Fascinating conversion of an historic building but some issues

Quirky and historic property. Lots of character. Top floor sitting room and stair up to communal rooftop was interesting.

- Key collection difficult to find and inside a bar - No Wifi code provided - had to go back to bar and there were problems in getting it sorted - no kettle which was very strange - bottle of wine and prosecco left over from previous guests - not clear with this and other items what is complimentary - very dark property. Lighting is not good enough in parts - no chair in 1st floor bedroom - and only separated from stairs by an ill-fitting curtain - no mirror in bathroom - very poor sound proofing - you can hear people talking in the next door apartments

Worse stay I’ve ever experienced, falsely advertise, extremely noisy very dirty and you couldn’t even seendi your makeup

Very little the beds were comfy that’s about it and it wasn’t far from the car park or shop.

It was filthy, the kitchen cooker didn’t with, the freezer was completely frozen and there were stains all over the sofas. The terrace was listed as private, it wasn’t! No privacy in the living room due to no blinds. So noisy I had no sleep the entire weekend!

The location was convenient and on the whole the apartment was clean apart ffom a couple of key areas.

The light in one of the bedrooms was broken and wouldn’t turn off the first night. After reporting it, it was mended quickly. The kitchenette floor was sticky and there was left over food and half finished bottles of wine in the fridge. There was no washing up liquid The shower room smelt damp and the shower curtain needs a good clean.

It is designed beautifully but not very clean it was also very misleading we thought we where getting a jacuzzi and other guests we met also complained about this

The property was good. No issue at all. Nice spaces all round.

Partying residents in the rooms next to us. , big group (not allowed) dancing and jumping around on the roof terrace (above our living room) until around 1:30am with music bouncing whilst shouting and screaming…. Quiet hours were given to guests from 22:00 so very disrespectful when our group listened not to annoy anyone else staying. Bar next door. Speakers into the street absolutely blasting, it was like being front row in a concert and way overboard. Anyway you get on with that kind of thing, easy enough to just head out and whatever.

- On arrival the bins had not been emptied - After check out my deposit was charged for 3 items me and my partner did not consume - Tried querying the above with the property and had not response via messaging or phone. - location was okay but loud as near to a pub/club

The decor, location, and style were very very cool. The staff were really helpful prior.

The property was cool but the amenities were poor. 4 guests, no kettle, 3 cups, no glasses, limited kitchen wear. Freezer, but didn’t work. All hot drinks had to be made by boiling water on the hob.

The area

It had a funny smell to it....like an old cooking smell. The lighting in the room wasn't great. There was nowhere to put your clothes. Not enough seating in the living area for four people. Dated...lights not working, carpets needed cleaning
