With a few small improvements, this is a fantastic property and a great location for a trip to Leeds

The location of the property was excellent and offered easy access to shops and places to eat. A Tesco Express at the end of the street made picking up essentials very convenient. The property itself was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.

Unfortunately, I hadn’t realised that the property was pet friendly and, upon our arrival, there was a noticeable smell of dog. This was mainly in the kitchen/living area and seemed to be coming from the sofa. I reported this to the management company, who did attempt to resolve the issue during our stay, but unfortunately the smell remained. In addition, the panel heater in the bedroom was not working. This was also reported but was not fixed during our stay, which meant the bedroom was not as warm as the rest of the property. Once these small issues have been rectified, this will be a great property for a trip to Leeds.

It could have done with a repaint the pictures didn’t represent our room unfortunately. It was ok to stay for one night but the room looked like it needed a bit of TLC. Getting into the property could be a bit easier too.

Location was good and that’s all that was good about the property

It was absolutely filthy! It had a foul smell, the furniture was full of stains, the blanket on the bed was falling apart, there was nothing luxurious about this property.

Down a dodgy looking alley. Wardrobe door was off and leaning against wardrobe. Could have been cleaner (shower head water not coming out many of the spouts because they were blocked with build up)

Booked for four people one small double and a sofa bed that could not be slept on which obviously had. Hue impact on our stay not what you would expect for nearly 300 pounds a night . Very noisy but I would half expect that because of the surroundings

Had a great time and would definitely recommend these apartments.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was very clean and was in a perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. We were going to a concert in the First Direct arena and this was walking distance (about 10 min walk). We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again.

There were 4 of us staying and we weren't able to shower after each other, as the water went cold quite quickly.

We liked the cleanliness and the location

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable. The decor, on the doors was a bit jaded and in need of painting. It was noisy during the night with bin emptying and neighbours. The lounge light bulb needed to be changed and a battery put in the clock.

Excellent location for a short stay bang in the middle of Leeds

Great location for Leeds centre night life.

Cold on arrival but a quick phone call with a ‘Chelsea’ soon sorted it. She was very helpful and happy to explain the mechanics of pictures that doubled as radiators. Who knew!!

Clean apartment BUT with some challenges. Will not book again - I need my sleep!

The Room heated up very quickly. Not too noisy considering that the flat is in a busy throughway/ back alley. The facilities were clean and well-presented. Decor was pleasant Cooking arrangements were clean and well catered for. Wiffi was excellent. Good location for the city centre

Only one set of towels for each of us for a week's stay, not great.as they felt very grubby by the end of our stay. Bed was too soft and way too small ( we are average-sized people), but I suppose it's subjective. We didn't like the mattress, which resulted in a backache for myself. However, the linen was lovely and clean. There was an absolutely dreadful, annoying buzzing sound in the bedroom which kept me awake every single night. It beeped non-stop every 25 seconds ... yes I timed it ! I had to use earplugs to try and drown out the sound. Hence, a very tiring week at work due to a woeful lack of sleep. Someone tried to tap into the apartment door twice in the same evening. Probably confused ... Only one window would open for some fresh air. Propped it up with a loo roll. Blinds were broken on all but one window so we could not roll them up to let in some natural light. Sofa bed tired to the point that it was uncomfortable to sit on it as a settee.

Snug home in the middle of leeds!

Very modern - no key system but a pin provided by the hosts. Security is tight but worth it. The property was clean and snug, excellent rooms and bathroom with great hygiene.

The decor was lovely and modern making it feel homely. The location couldn’t have been any better, very close to all the main bars and Greek Street where me and a group of friends were heading for the night.

Absolutely nothing, utterly disgusted! Safety comprised! Vacated after 1 night, (booked for 6 nights) had to find alternative accommodation, very costly & stressful! With the 'host' not taking any responsibility or consideration for our distress & disgust.

Most disturbing night. Residents yelling & door slamming throughout the night, post our international travel. Stench of marijuana throughout the dwelling. With drug users on the entry. My wife was approached by a man at the entry door, clearly drug affected, her security was compromised so we were forced to finding a more assuring solution! With urgency! Refuse bins, food waste & males urinating literally on the doorstep. We requested assistance using the safe upon entering, the host couldn't assist. We advised we had vacated, explaining the reasons, no offer of reimbursement or responsibility was received! Infuriating! Not to mention additional, essential expenses seeking a safer alternate accommodation. We advised the host that our 'reviews' would make mention of our horrendous experience. Appalling on all considerations.

Home From Home In The City

The apartment was beautifully designed, comfortable and in an excellent location for visiting Leeds. There is a beautiful bathroom, that I would quite like to take with me. Might take some design tips from the bedroom too.

Could do with aircon. We happened to visit Leeds in a heatwave and without all the windows open it was a bit unpleasant in the heat, apparently there is normally a fan, and this is being replaced soon.

fantastic location very central and perfect for the venue ( millenium square) . Close to the shopping area and cafes , bars etc

some decent wine glasses would have been nice . Apartment is extremely warm and its not possible to open the windows in the bedroom. There was a fan but still too warm. No need for any heating but another or better fan would have helped.. Two flights of stairs and no lift do be prepared to haul your luggage upstairs. Felt very safe due to the key entry lock system. ideal for a city break. Q park very handy and discount code very welcome as it is quite pricey.

The location could not be better, the homely feel and decor is lovely and the facilities that were available were great! The bed was also super comfy!

While the decor was very nice, elements of it were looking a little tired which took away from it feeling as up market as I felt it would have looked when it was originally done. There was also some facilities missing in the room such as the coffee machine which I was looking forward to using but sadly wasn’t available. A softer pillow option would also be nice as they were a little firm for me but of course that is just personal preference.

The location is fantastic. Right in the centre of Leeds. The flat is spacious and well designed. It was really quiet too.

It was a warm night and the fan provided did nothing to cool the flat down. But it was bearable.

Not quite as luxurious as the name suggests, good though.

Once in not as luxurious as the hall ways. No lift which was fine as I was only a couple of nights So a small backpack but would have been a nightmare with a large case for a longer stay. Decoration looking a bit tired and no coffee machine which I would expect in a luxury apartment. A bit of a spruce and refresh and it could be great again.
