Decor was beautiful some lovely touches especially the bedside lamps & floor to ceiling curtains. the projector was great.

Good location, interesting decor and smelled lovely
Property wasn’t that clean, floors had hair / general dust and dirt, leftover rose petals from previous customers stays under bed / chair in bedroom, small details like toiletries bottles being broken, not moving toilet brush to clean behind it etc were a shame. Curtain across main door was very marked/dirty and sofa/chairs had a lot of mystery marks, sticky drink spills left on surfaces… overall could just do with some TLC. The bed was beautiful but was so loud at the smallest movement that any time someone moves slightly through the night it wakes the other up. We also had £4.50 taken off our deposit for drinks that we didn’t use out of the fridge which I am disputing - it’s the principal rather than the amount!
