Comfortable, private, quiet and enjoyable, would consider coming again.

For the price you pay you would expect to have such things like the drinks and snacks free part of package, excluding the alcohol- the alcohol I think you should have to pay for spectate but not for soft drinks.

Lovely apartments service could be improved

Beautiful apartment good location.

Check in my only criticism is the faff of having to wait for an email to pay your deposit online so would suggest having done this prior to arrival or them being able to take a card payment on arrival. Our hot tub wasn’t hot when we arrived which at 7pm when we could have checked in at 3 was a big disappointment, had to wait until half nine for it to reach 37 degrees. Tv signal was poor, managed to get a Xmas music channel to work in the evening but the screen just buffeted and had no signal at all the next morning for any channel. For the price paid I expected no issues. Left a goggle review as per above which they encourage you to do but have not had any contact from the hotel to apologise. Lack of staff at check out meant I couldn’t provide this feedback fact to face either. Had to just leave key behind reception.

A must stay everything perfect

I absolutely loved everything about it spacious, clean, gown, slippers toiletries was provided jacuzzi was great the only reason I gave a 9 was the room below me had loud music on from night till 8.30am very disturbing kept me awake apart from that perfect.

Festive Break

The apartment was well equipped although I do think it would benefit from a small table and chairs in the upstairs living area as there isn't really any provision to eat other than outside which we were unable to do as it was winter when we visited. Saying that the apartment was decorated to a high specification interior and exterior wise, the bed was very comfortable with nice extras like slippers and robes. The hot tub area was well maintained and overall a beautiful apartment in a centre location

There wasn't much cutlery in the drawer, and thankfully, we had only taken a cheese board. The only negative I would say and this is just something really picky and personal choice ..... but the extras do make the difference, so I'd say get some better toilet roll, the soap was lovely Molton Brown so to then have cheap feeling toilet paper just was a bit disappointing But no other negatives and we would recommend

Overall look and feel was very good.

We had ground floor room (little bell) and had to endure the noise of people coming in md out of hotel at ll hours. At one stage we had someone continuously banging on the window for a good 30 minutes (assume they didn't have code to get in building) While advert talks about sound proofing this maybe correct from inside out but most definitely not from outside in. Be aware if you take this lovely room you will be disturbed or woken at all hours when people arrive and leave.

Nice rooms, is it worth the money? Maybe not

Location is excellent, the facilities are great, I love the decor and the atmosphere. The complimentary cheese board was a very nice touch. Lots of different amenities available (although at en extra charge)

The place didn’t seem very clean, cutlery was dirty, I had to wash the one knife I could get out of the knife block, cobwebs and dust over the light fittings and walls. Dusty head board. When this place was new I think it would have been amazing but as years have past the quality of some of the repairs leave a little to be desired, especially for such a high price tag.

The location is fantastic for being central but with little noise. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room.

We have been before a couple of years ago and really enjoyed our visit. This time we decided to opt for a more expensive room to celebrate a birthday. We felt the vibe was off and really only enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room. The room looked tired in some places with odd marks on the floor and the table and chairs chipped and marked. The air con seems to be playing up and the room was awfully hot (25 degrees) where we both felt unwell as it wouldn’t turn down. Luckily we slept with the patio door open, however, with the layout of the room my partner struggled getting in and out of bed due to how close the bed was too the wall (plus being trapped with the door open as there was no room to get around) and the metal rods in the carpet to accompany the door opening and closing are truly a trip hazard and extremely painful if you step on them. We didn’t have a very good sleep and the rainfall shower didn’t work either as the dial didn’t turn due to being jammed. Getting into the property was a nightmare with our code we got given not working and staff taking a while to open to door for us. A staff member did apologise but unfortunately it ruined our experience and jaded how lovely it was the first time. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay.

Perfect Leeds treat

The property is very modern and smells lovely when you walk in, the staff were very friendly. The old Tom apartment is incredible, it is tucked away in its own hallway so you couldn’t hear other guests, it has a fabulous balcony to the front of the building that overlooks the church, the modern apartment had everything you could want and the bed was very comfortable, it was extremely warm weather but we did have fans provided and this was very thoughtful as the apartment was very hot. It is also located short walk from town centre for great shopping, and close to places to eat and drink.

Abysmal cleanliness

Great location and lovely decor

I booked a stay through booking.com for my pregnant wife's birthday. I was astonished at the low level of cleanliness within our room, the dust was thick on all surfaces and we have plenty of videos to evidence this. We only paid £183 through booking.com and was offered another stay at £250 (a discounted rate direct with them) with the hope we can receive 'a better experience'. I have had to chase my complaint and was passed from pillar to post with no resolution from 20th July, and are still at no resolution. I am appauled at their management of this complaint, and have been prompted by the general manager herself to leave a review in the hope to receive a refund and be a winner of another stay...so here's hoping they can rectify their terrible failings and management. The rooms are set out lovely and in a gorgeous location, and we have stayed here before and had no complaints, so we are deeply disappointed

The location and parking arnt the best. The room didn’t have ac and was really hot most of the time. There was a fan but it didn’t do enough. No parking provided. Have to pay and display. Also outside out room was a pub garden so it was noisy during the day

Lovely, stylish, quirky place in a great location

The location is great, very central, room size is great, the bed was super comfy and everything was finished really well. The projector was a nice touch and the copper slipper bath was lovely! Would definitely stay again in a different room.

Needs improvements

The garden hot tub was amazing. It was very spacious.

Too expensive for Leeds. Reception took us to our room but he did not give us the key therefore we slept all night with the key inside the door and didn’t even realise! Advertised electric vehicle parking, but they don’t have it!

I LOVED everything. Only thing that might be an advantage for other people staying are some flip flops/ and a spare towel. For rooms with a bath some bubbles wouldn’t go amiss.

The plug sockets. There is a slight lack. As a woman trying to get ready it’s a bit of a challenge. Workable but it would be nice to have a little station.

Not good value !

Was really dirty, soon we get to the room, I came back to the reception, show the pictures and videos I did, ( hair in the sink, crackers in the bad, floor full of dust) they give us like a up grade ( we having been in that apartment before anyway, still not a good cleaning plus some of stuffs like broke, and the popcorn was already open, I went to the reception no one was there I leave there the pop corn, in the morning before the checkout, I again explain about everything, and I paid for something I didn’t eat! Used to be one of the favourites places to stay in Leeds, but unfortunately, not anymore!

Where do I start? I will be asking for a 50% discount 😳 I cannot stress how dirty this apartment is! There is MASSIVE cob webs and dust EVERYWHERE! I’f you’re paying this much you don’t expect to see anything like this. I actually was opening curtains and could feel cobs all over my face 😳

when we arrived after paying 660£ for the room it was my daughters birthday . the staff were rude on arrival. the staff challenged us on the out set . saying about charges etc . not good . clearly if people book this sort of place clearly it’s affordable for the customer. people upstairs doing sniffing things and playing loud music all night not good
