I liked how secure the building is and safe it was good they had a ring door bell and a code for the guests to enter if we’ve been out later in the night. Great location to the city centre. The style is so lovely and it’s very quiet when we stayed the room was very warm but soon cooled off when we turned the heating down

What a gorgeous place! Even down to the smell as you walk in (I need to know what that was!) Instantly relaxed. The little added extras available were a great touch. The whole stay is really well thought iut. All of the staff were so lovely and were really helpful. Great location. Will definitely visit again.

Overall look and feel was very good.
We had ground floor room (little bell) and had to endure the noise of people coming in md out of hotel at ll hours. At one stage we had someone continuously banging on the window for a good 30 minutes (assume they didn't have code to get in building)
While advert talks about sound proofing this maybe correct from inside out but most definitely not from outside in. Be aware if you take this lovely room you will be disturbed or woken at all hours when people arrive and leave.
