Large House Close To Leeds - Ideal For Groups

Close to the things we wanted to do. Large house to fit the group. Got what we paid for. Bed towels clean and a nice touch.

Broken glass panel above the door, broken blind in the area of the pull out bed but lucky we were not using this area to sleep in, hinge on door detached. Mirrors, tvs need cleaning as very smeared. The broken blind has been mentioned in other reviews but has not been fixed. It’s a shame as these things seem small and would give people staying a better impression of the property as a broken blind in the front window hanging lopsided and the glass over front door broken is not a good first impression when we pulled up. The house needs refreshing no paint where alarm has been changed

Good amount of space - lots of beds. Martyn sent lots of messages to check we were comfortable. Plenty of parking outside the property.

Needs a bit more TLC

Super clean, well located house. Easy to find, free street parking, decent sized bedrooms and living space. We felt safe and had a great time. Very clean comfortable beds and loads of natural light.

We'd have liked bins in the bathroom but this is a minor issue. The fire door leading to the first floor closes very sharply, if you have kids you'll need to warn them to take care to watch their hands. Again, not a problem per se, just something to note.

Spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms were good sizes, heating was hot and the shower was powerful. Each room came with a smart tv which was a huge bonus and check in/out was very simple.

Honestly nothing bad to say, was perfect for our stay.
