Nice and clean. Well appointed kitchen. Large comfortable bedrooms and living area. Local cleaning staff attended to change bedding arrangement: cleaning staff friendly and helpful.
Hot water service broken on arrival; no hot water for more than half of stay. TV remotes not working: unable to use TV for duration of stay. The base under the shower cubicle is not properly sealed and this is leading to damp/mould: strong smell of damp on 3rd floor.
Requested a partial refund due to problems: property manager did not respond and automated email offered us 10% discount on next stay (we are from Australia and this is a one off trip) disappointing.
