Perfect for a family of 4. Great location, only 10-15 minutes drive to town, or £7- £8 in an Uber. Also bus stop only 7-8 minute walk away, with easy links to various parts of Leeds. Charming decor and furniture, love the plants. Good size rooms, very large lounge diner, could easily sleep an extra person on the sofa. Best of all, an attentive, responsive and caring host. Lisa is fantastic and has made this a truly excellent holiday home for guests. Thank you 😊

It was warm. The area was quiet with good parking. Beds were comfortable. Lisa the host was nice.
It was a bit tired. Garden needed tidying . Plants in the house were tatty. Better to have a few nice ones. No logs for wood burner. It would have been nice to have a little something when we arrived-perhaps wine!

Nicely decorated, very clean. I like the fact that you had to take your shoes off. Nice touch of complimentary tea/oat milk sachets etc. Location is very good, Lidl nearby and house of Koko is a lovely place to eat brunch. Easy access into city centre via bus, bus stop is 5-10 minutes away. Nice place to walk your dog too.
