Disappointing. Unmaintained, inadequately equipped for the number of beds, and unclean.

Good sized apartment and good location.

The let was disappointing as the accommodation was unclean, ill equipped and unmaintained. I had booked this accommodation for family visiting us over the Christmas period from abroad and they arrived late at night to a rather dirty and cold apartment which was difficult to warm up due to the central heating system instructions not being available. Duvet covers had marks on them suggesting they had not been washed. One had signs of mildew. Towels were musty smelling. I had to supply 4 double and 2 single sets of bedding together with towels for the family. One of the single bed bases was broken. The central heating and cooker were a challenge to use. The freezer iced up. Lidless kitchen bin left dirty without a bin liner. Smoke detector did not go off when room filled with smoke using the toaster. We had to purchase our own kitchen cleaning products & cutlery as there was insufficient for the number of beds in the apartment. Large stains on the sofa, sticky carpets and one shower stuck on very hot. When entering the shared apartment stairwell the dark blue carpet stairs are covered in white and purple dye with large dirty marks. The window just outside the apartment is open and could not be closed. The apartment is a good size, which is great, and the location is also good, however the apartment has not been given attention or maintained adequately. I would say it is not of a sufficient quality to let. Below are only some of the photos taken from our visit.

Basic place in great location but needs lots of love.

This place is okay, but it’s definitely run down and would need some renovation. The house isn’t very well kept or looked after. We had a good time, but it might not be suitable for people with high standards.

The house needs a lot of work. The parquet is coming off, the bathroom needs fixing, and generally, it’s not well-kept.

A very nice flat, if the windows were looked into it would be brilliant!

Close to town in what looks like a nice location

Very noisy and very cold due to single glazing and gaps in the sash windows. Very close to a very large night club so quite a few difficult nights.

The location was walkable distance from the train station and central to trinity shopping centre with a Tesco express nearby. The accommodation was very spacious, with each bedroom having an en-suite.

There was no heating in the property. Cooking utensils were limited. There was no t.v aerial for the only t.v in the lounge. Had to climb two steep flights of stairs to access the property, difficult with suitcases, their decor was very unwelcoming. There were large piles of debris in the corners of rooms.

I would not recommend this place to anybody as it needs updating in the Beds are very old

The location

Poor bed quality and pillows and out dated interior and no tv worked in bed room Was not happy and worker worked out side the building and was not notified And shower held water. So the soapy water would stick on top
