The location was good for what we needed. It wasn't a noisy area so we got good sleep. The host messages kept checking in with us to make sure if we had any problems we could report it, which was good and replies to anything were quick
Nothing in particular, it was absolutely fine for what we needed. My only issue, which is personal to me is I didn't like the pillows, but that's not down to the hosts that's personal preference, so I just went and bought some to use. Maybe just make sure there's more toilet roll, but I don't have issues buying some

The accommodation has provided most of the items we need and it is clean and tidy.
The shower facility is not in a good condition.

Property was located close to where we needed to be and was in a quiet area
Settees were extremely uncomfortable and one was broken. Mattress was lumpy. Stairs were extremely steep which needs to be noted in description as lots of people would have issue with them. Having to strip the bedding and leave it on the ground floor was a bit much when the stairs are so steep you need to hold the rail. There was a damp issue in the kitchen and in the top floor bedroom which needs seen to quickly
