The more you look the worse it gets.

Not much

The smoke alarm didn’t shut up The bathroom tap was loose The shower on the top floor was stuck on the hottest temperature There was a letter through the door acknowledging threatening and anti social behaviour on the street It was like benefits street There is no way the place passes building regs There was no ironing board The iron that was there was black We had to sort the boiler out because the hot water wasn’t on. The floor boards on the top landing are dangerous The decorating all other the property looked like stevie wonder did it.

Perfect for what we needed.

This accocomadatmion was perfect for what we needed. We were going to Leeds fest this day and were staying for one night. It was all we needed as we were only sleeping (and only for a couple of hours) Location was great and just a short walking distance from the city centre. On site parking was road parking but again, it was all we needed and didn't have trouble parking.

There wasn't anything we could say we didnt like but I would say that this accommodation is very basic, all we needed but nothing special.

Terrible. We can still smell it

Unsanitary! The entire place stunk like sewage. Signs of a leak could be seen throughout the property. Broken mixer taps, meant both showers were unusable, with only scalding water coming out. Everything was substandard or broken, from cracked glass in the bathroom window, which had been locked shut, to putrid smelly drain outside the kitchen area, coffee table that would not stand on its legs, tv remote badly patched up with sellotape, half cracked crockery. We reported the terrible sewage smell and tried to arrange being moved us to a different accommodation to no avail. The host was most unhelpful.
