Lots of communication on the check in emails and speedy response. Clear information on door codes and was happy for a slightly earlier check in. Comfy bed and quiet location too. Convenient place to stay for an event at Kirkstall Abbey. Free parking on road.
Could have been slightly clearer on security deposit prior as hidden within the description. Once cleared up wasn't a problem. Main sink is in the bathroom which isn't a major issue but worth noting if planning more with the kitchenette.

It was very clean and very homely and cosey, the area is very quiet

The street was very quiet and the bathroom was very modern and clean. Aside from not having a hob or a kitchen sink, the kitchen was clean and usable. The bed and pillows were very comfy.
One of the windows was in a very poor state, there was lots of mould around the window itself and damp coming from the corner of the ceiling. This was disappointing, however, the rest of the flat was in perfect condition.
