The bed is huge, the interior is inviting and tasteful - and a major factor that beats out any hotel is the great range of available tea in the kitchen. It is not far from Leeds city centre by car (a taxi will get you there in about 12 minutes at most), being highly convenient, with the added bonus of being significantly calmer compared to the options in the centre itself.
And, if it's to your liking, there's one of the best restaurants I've ever seen in a residential area around the corner - no, not the KFC - Zen Tea House.
There's a guest book to leave compliments, but no pen, sadly. Keep that in mind...
In all seriousness, you would have to seriously be picky not to enjoy this place. Or meet a ghost.

Great value for money. Taxi in to city centre wasn’t to bad. Was a £15 uber. The flat was great value, would certainly recommend, very clean and ticked all the boxes for us. All the essentials provided. Finally Shanice the owner was great at replying with all the information you could ever need.
Mattress was a bit soft for us.
