Disappointing.
Location excellent. Relatively cheap accommodation with 3 single beds which is exactly what we needed. Comfy mattresses.
One of the beds was broken. The frame was broken so the mattress seriously sagged in the middle. The bed could not be slept on in that state. My friend put the mattress on the floor instead. There was no kettle. OK, the description of the accommodation did not mention a kettle but most places provide a kettle for their guests. Also one of my friends found ginger beard hairs on her towel and there was a long black hair on my towel. But worst was the broken bed!

Terrible..i walked straight out
Nothing. Id already told them i had blue badge but they didnt tell us ot was up 6 flights of stairs. I manage it up took my meds and left, not sure how they can call it an appartment, its like a homeless hostel. Room was dirty bedding not ironed and the bottom of the bed was filthy. Iron was black and no socket near bed and im on cpap. Dirty tissue in bathroom bin, The most uninviting place iv ever walked into.
Everything,it was dirty, uninviting,up 6 flights of stairs, and certainly not an appartment.a small room

Overall good considering the price.
Great location, clean and very good host.
Another flat (8B) were too loud at midnight. They were making loud noises and dropping things at night which disturbed our sleep but we managed.

Very good value for money
Great location. Value for money compared to all of the overpriced accommodation in the city centre. It’s very bare bones. Beds/shower/toilet/tv but everything was clean and organised well by the host

Good value for money but slightly sketchy location
Good price and the location is very central. The room was clean and comfortable although quite bare (two single beds and no desk or table).
The property is down quite a shady back alley and when I got to the building two sketchy looking guys were trying to get in the front door. Although they didn't get in, and left when I told them I was staying there, this didn't make the place feel very safe and I imagine would feel quite intimidating for some people (as an able-bodied man in my thirties they backed away immediately, but not everyone is in that position).

Great value room in a great central location.
It couldn’t be a more central location, but very quiet too as not on a main road. It was a big room, with windows you could open. Was clean and tidy and the WiFi was excellent, really easy to get on line and strong signal. Good size shower in a good size bathroom. Is in the upmarket Victoria quarter of Leeds with the Empire Cafe next door , a well recommended cafe, perfect for a shopping trip / restaurant experience/ night out, all in easy walking distance.
My only recommendation to the property would be nice to have had a kettle , 2 mugs & 2 glasses.
