I liked the area, the beds were comfortable, the host replied back quickly, the size of the house was perfect for me, my partner, my mum and my 2 kids
The garden wasn't very child friendly, no oven trays or saucepans

Location perfect for us as we were going to the John Charles Centre for Sport (5 mins drive)
Clean, tidy, perfectly functional house. Good TV and WiFi.
There must have been a problem with the service team, as there was only 1 small hand towel for everyone, despite the listing saying towers were included.
Kitchen equipment was very basic, and could do with a few extra bits.
Sensor light in bathroom turns off very quickly.
Host not particularly responsive to messages, but did answer the phone immediately when we arrived and didn't have the key-box code.

Location good for city centre. Good parking. Can't expect too much for the price. Close to asda, corner shops, takeaways and parks. Handy for a short break.
Basic property with very few utensils and crockery. Not quite enough of cups, plates, knives etc. Not quite as advertised. No gym equipment although this was mentioned and shown in photos. A few tweaks and would be great. Boiler showed a fault and I had to reset the pressure to get it to work. Might need a service. Bathroom light flickering on and off, constantly.
