The communication was really good when we arrived

The house was really dirty, dusty and everything was sticky. It had a strong smell of bleach when we went in and the photo description did not match the house in person. Although the house owner is lovely and helpful in communication, it's not a place I or anyone I came with would like to return to. The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. While the property was advertised as having 2 double beds, it had a double and a single in reality. Exceedingly low value for money.

DO NOT STAY HERE !

I booked to stay with my family for one night and would never stay again . Upon arrival we had to make our way past a fridge that had been left by the pieces of wood put together to make a fence and gate . We were automatically hit with the strong smell of stale cigarette smoke and found ourselves fighting flies in the kitchen when we opened the door. The pictures on here are misleading and certainly not reflective of what was advertised. The place was in serious need of redecoration and we found mould all over the bathroom ceiling . There were also holes in walls . We couldn't get the hot water working and the electrics repeatedly cut out when using appliances. I tried to call the contact number and nobody picked up . All in all a terrible stay and not at all worth the fee . Please spend your money elsewhere !!

Didn’t stay, wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy!

Everything from the horrendous stench of cigarettes to the filthy carpets. Couldn’t imagine walking bare foot here! Not a good place at all. Flies in the ‘living room’ which was like a prison cell nothing like pictures online. I’ve learned a valuable lesson from this…trust no-one! Booking.com also useless in help to resolve. Didn’t have enough beds for 4 adults and has no changed advert to show 3 adults only. Good luck all who book to stay here! We opted for a clean premier inn down the road!

Great alternative to city center hotels

Nice clean rooms with plenty of space if want a property to yourself with plenty of street parking

Area is a bit out the way but a very reasonable taxi into center which for the benefits of free parking and large property is a fair trade
