This place should NOT be rented

Nothing. Sure the picture of the kitchen looks nice but the fact of the matter is this place is actually a dive.

The carpet was disgustingly dirty, the couch was broken, the bathroom sink was glued together, the bedding had an odor that was not good. We slept with our clothes on.

Cosy little place 30 minutes walk from the city centre

Nice decor, good facilties, clean and comfortable.

Bed wasn't the most comfy and the kitchen sink taps were weirdly positioned it was difficult to wash your hands. It was kind of far from the city centre and not really in a nice area.

Would recommend but not if you have mobility issues

We were close to the centre of Leeds which is what we wanted and the house was good for our one night stay. It had everything we needed.

The steps up to the front door were a struggle for a couple of the guests and so were the main stairs in the house

Really economical comfortable place for a short stay in Leeds.

Location is a short taxi ride into Leeds, good parking, lovely and warm when it was snowy outside, very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi code to work but we weren’t there very long and I’m sure if I’d checked in with the host it would’ve been sorted.

Communication with staff wasn't bad at all. My deposit was paid back promptly.

The facilities are not to the best expectation. Opening the door we were greeted by a nasty smell. The property needs fresh carpets etc. for freshness. I am just being honest.

Very clean throughout, kitchen well equipped. Value for money. Full length mirror in both bedrooms. Quiet area/location, not far from city centre. Able to park right outside property. Free WI-FI.

On 3 levels, I didn't realise this on booking. External steps to front door very steep and one step was wobbly. It looks as though there may have been hand-rails either side which had been removed, they should be put back to be able to give support going up or down the steps.
