It was in a good location for what we needed it for. The floor down stairs was washed
The property was clearly a family home thats been turned into a rental but the facilities, cleaning & decor has not been brought up to standard.
It appeared that basic cleaning had been done like the kitchen work top wiped & the carpet hoovered but it is dirty, bathmats clearly already used, cracked floor tiles in the bathrooms, all cupboards, handles, walls and light switches with dirt & finger prints on, no facilities in the kitchen not even a spoon to make tea, though there was a few cups. The table in the kitchen was so sticky our newspaper stuck to it.
Garden was over grown.
Bedding appeared clean but was tatty and had marks on.
