Perfect hosts and good home.

Excellent communication from the hosts, easy to access and place was exactly as described. Very friendly and welcoming and supportive.

Relaxing

Location was close to amenities. The host sent a video of how to put the sofa bed up and pictures of code for keys, we found this very helpful. There was plenty of extra bedding and the beds were comfy enough. It was very peaceful, comfy, kid friendly and relaxing. Everything worked as it should and there was a good sized bath and the shower worked good. TV was easy to use. Local takeaways were delicious and delivery charges were very good. Would definitely go back.

Excellent value in quiet neighbourhood with easy and fast access to Leeds and surrounding areas

Very quiet street and neighbourhood. Big rooms with plenty of space and no clutter. East access to major road network

Minor, but shower head was partially broken as it wouldn't stay in one position. Some instructions on how to use the oven would be helpful.

Not good if you're a clean freak but otherwise fine

Facilities were clean including bathroom, beds and kitchen. Cheap for 2 bedrooms. Nice outdoor space.

Smelled like old mop. Toenail clippings on the carpet was upsetting. Old cobwebs & dust everywhere. Needs painted inside and out. Spiders in every room.

Location

Pictures very deceiving it was not cleaned properly bedding was black and under the duvet there were hairs I had to sleep on top of duvet . We booked 2 nights only stayed 1 night as we arrived late . Left the following morning . Generally needs a thorough clean and some tlc. Outside the back of property is tired and all pait work coming off looks unsightly sofa dumped out side
