Nice quiet area, host communication was very good, plenty of space, good value for money, well furnished and equipped, clean. Appreciated the Free parking and the Sofa Bed in the Living Room
Creeky Floor Boards, poor sound insulation, we could hear everything said and all movement of the residents in the flat above. The bed mattresses could be more comfortable

Central location for Leeds and a short drive to York... exactly what we were looking for. CLEAN and comfortable with ample comfortable seating in the lounge. GREAT COMMUNICATION from the host. Two double bedrooms. Plenty of additional items such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and toiletries. Plenty of towels and bedding.
Very minor... no carving or kitchen knife. The front bedroom would benefit from a table lamp. A mirror near a plug socket for hair styling woukd be nice. As I say. Very small suggestions and the absence of these really didn't impact on the enjoyment of our stay.

Lovely bath, has all the necessities
It’s clear the place is for sale and the hosts have stopped making an effort - the flat is in desperate need of updating and cleaning, starting from the bedroom walls that are bubbling from some sort of a moldy growth (perhaps the source of a smell)
