Lovely property in a great location

The property is easy to find and located in a great area, and close to amenities. The host is excellent and super responsive. We had an issue getting the TV going, but it was sorted very quickly. Although it isn't huge the studio is big enough and very cosy.

Beautiful Accommodation.

Headingley Hideaway was a great choice. It was secluded but close to town. I had the downstairs studio, which was beautifully appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. I did not see or run into the owners even though they lived on the property. It was an check in and check out with parking on the premises. I particularly liked that it had a washing machine, and even though there was no dryer, the clothes dried quickly. No laundry detergent was supplied. Good instructions were supplied for all upmarket appliances.

The main issue for me was that the heating and hot water was only supplied for 4 hrs per day, 2 hrs in the morning, and 2 in the evening. While they made it clear, they would change these times to suit my routine, I was reluctant to ask as my routine changed from day to day depending on what I was doing. I was gobsmacked that I could not get hot water on demand. It could happen by running taps for 5 minutes, but that is an awful waste of resources. High-end appliances were complex to use, and instructions needed to be read. The fridge was set on high, and the first night, everything froze. These are very first world issues for such a lovely place, but I had paid good money and didn't expect these kind of restrictions.

A wonderful stay blending peaceful green surroundings with easy access to the city’s best spots.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming property. The location is fantastic and right beside a beautiful park with a cafe. It’s close to Leeds city centre and Otley Road. The area feels peaceful and green, with a lovely outside garden space beside a gentle brook.

It was hot and a bit stuffy . Only 1 window, which could only open a small amount and no fan . It was hot night . But my husband felt quite uncomfortable . I was fine personally 😅

The location was excellent, close to Headingley cricket and ruby stadiums, only 2 miles to Leeds city centre and 1st direct arena, only 28 miles to York and loads of places to eat around.

Cozy place in a quiet neighborhood

We felt instantly at home - a very cozy place in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had a lot of fun cooking there. The dishwasher was very helpful, as well. To get to the city centre you have quite a way to walk or you can get the bus. It was no problem for us, there is plenty of places for grocerie shopping close by. Plus, the bus only takes up to 30 minutes and the fare is quite cheap.

My parents stayed in this Flatlet whilst visiting us and were absolutely delighted with it. They said it was faultless. Didn’t meet the host but everything was brilliant and the flat so well stocked. They will definitely be keen to return on their next visit and have recommended to friends for visiting family.

Very comfortable and in an excellent location

The Hideaway is in an excellent location, easy to get to and in a quiet local area but within easy reach of the city centre and transport facilities. The parking is perfect, and although relatively small, the facilities were all that you could need. The price was very reasonable for my 4 night stay. I have stayed here before, so I knew what to expect, and of course if I didn't like it I wouldn't have come again!

A rural retreat with all the conveniences of the big city

the decor and furnishings were tasteful, high quality and very well thought out. it felt like you were deep in the country and I really liked the location

the only small gripes were that being in the ground floor apartment, there was at times a lot of noise coming through from upstairs, although thankfully it stopped before midnight. I also think the availability of hot water was affected because the upstairs residents were having showers in the evening which meant my early morning shower was on the cool side

The bed was extremely comfortable for us , quiet location had everything we needed in the accommodation .

Parking was a pain, but only due to guests of the other apartment which didn't understand leaving space for other cars, would be handy if marked out. Would of been fine if had small car as other places to park. The sockets either side of bed give out a high pitched sound that gets very annoying when trying to get to sleep,. Helps to use the usb outlets to charge phone rather then plug itself. Bathroom has cobwebs and shelf is dusty, not best clean (toilet, shower and sink were fine)

Headingley Hideaway is a "dream" location and I look forward to staying there again.

The location was excellent as it is only 5 minutes from where my daughter lives. It is very quiet and located right next to a lovely park and a little brook---very scenic. Everything a person would need for a short or long-term stay is there, including a comfortable bed, well-fitted out kitchen, dishwasher, stove and oven, TV, washing machine, etc. It is very clean and well maintained. I contacted the host, Jackie, about an issue and she got back to me right away and sorted it out. I highly recommend it.
