Take your own mattress. - cheap but not cheap enough. I would avoid. I booked and paid for 2 nights only stayed 1.

Bathroom was ok

Bed - mattress was ancient and uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep on it. The floor tiles were breaking up. No Wi-Fi. TV was there but to use it needed to use own hotspot - host had not bothered to leave any instructions. Nothing to make you feel welcome - not even a tea bag. Worst place I have ever stayed in via booking.com.

Nice place to stay, a few little things would make it a 10/10

Good quiet location. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and kitchen.

No soap or shampoo, no hangers in wardrobe, only 2 mugs for 3 of us. We are used to some tea n coffee on our travels too. The above little things would make such a difference.

Adequate for my needs this time, but I'd like to see certain improvements made before staying again.

Location very convenient for Headingley Stadium. Property was clean and tidy, with a parking space outside.

A bedside table and reading lamp (preferably one each side of the bed) would improve the property. The freezer needed to be defrosted as it was all iced up, and therefore unuseable. Free WiFi would have been useful. The bathroom mirrors are too high for people of average or below average height.

It was OK. I don’t think it was great value for what we paid for it but it was convenient for where we needed to be stay

Garden area was lovely. Was a well equipped kitchen with most things except mugs! Check in was great, really easy. Phone call from agent was super useful gave lots of information about the local area and the property etc. Generally clean except the shower. Parking was just outside the property and had no issues with spaces etc. Property was a nice temperature but we did use the radiator which was really good and got hot quickly. Property was near the main road so a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of buses to get in and around the city.

No WiFi which meant no TV as we didn’t have enough phone signal to hotspot it as we had been advised to. Not that we came to watch TV but after a long drive and a planned TV and takeaway night Friday night it was disappointing just sitting in a room. Shower didn’t drain away and when we removed the drainage plug it was filthy and full of hair. Only two mugs in the cupboard, booked as a party of three so had to take turns to have hot drinks in the mornings. Mattress was really not comfortable and you hear the springs when you move. Flooring looking very tired/damaged in places. Generally a bit of a damp smell in the property. Not sure if we missed them but could use some instructions for the appliances.

Fab location & stay for our trip to the cricket

Owner called us enroute and gave us the lowdown about property, key collection & places nearby for food etc....very helpful & friendly chap. We found unlimited car parking very close to the property, and was an excellent location for our trip to Headingley stadium. Great find & good value for what we needed.

Wasnt the Ritz & bed initially a bit uncomfortable, but we had no problem sleeping and had everything we could need for a couple of nights, except for a TV we couldn't access because we don't understand casting/streaming from a phone etc.

Location for us (3 adults) was perfect, just a short taxi trip to venue. Property was clean, bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Host was very attentive and easy to contact. Had everything we needed for our overnight stay. One small gripe....I'm vertically challenged at just 5ft, there is no vanity mirror in the shower room so I had to stand on the toilet to access the decorative mirror which runs round the wall at about 6ft height....lol!!

Pleasant accommodation

Accommodation was lovely. We only stayed one night for an concert we attended so was ample for our needs. Area was quiet. Shower was good.

A tv that you can watch normal terrestrial tv programmes on would be good. And the mattress could do with an upgrade. Managed to sleep ok but the springs have had their day. Played a tune when turning over and had a couple of them digging in.

Superb space and location.

Fantastic location, really easy to get to everywhere. Really clean and what a great has of space. Credit to them.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've tried to sleep on. The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable too. I also think it should have WiFi, we were told we could use our phones, we're both on different networks (both big ones EE and Vodafone) neither got 5g in the flat. Apparently we could cash to the TV - as we'd no signal we couldn't do this. WiFi is very inexpensive these days so it seems a missstep not to have it, especially if the signal is questionable.

Fine for a place to sleep but could be so much better with a few tweaks

Location good for event at Brudenell Social Club. We also walked to Kirkstall Abbey. Getting in was easy however instructions were not provided until I asked. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There wasn't sufficient bedding for the sofa bed. The toilet seat was broken, the mirrors were too high in the bathroom and shower pressure not great. No bin liner on lid on kitchen bin so not good for food waste. Issues with broken floor in kitchen which had been covered with a mat - dangerous. The fridge is noisy so we unplugged it at night so we were able to sleep. The bed area would benefit from bedside tables and lamps as the main lights are very bright and the light switch is not near to the bes. TV not useable due to lack of WiFi so a bit pointless it being there.

Beautifully presented, peaceful property

Lovely little studio that's peaceful, comfortable, and quiet, so quiet. I like the fact there's a washing machine and if we were staying longer that would be handy. The bed was comfy and warm, nice pillows too, which is always a bonus. There was kitchen roll and plenty of loo roll, cleaning supplies an iron and an ironing board, always good. The shower is spacious, I love having room to move around in the shower. There was plenty of cutlery, pots and crockery and the place was super neat and tidy. The host was really accommodating, kind and informative. He communicated really well of what was required.

The floor was cold, slippers will fix that though but I forgot mine and there's a super cool radiator that I had no idea how to use but my OH was a pro. I have never seen a touch screen radiator, it was like magic. The 435 mirrors in the bathroom would have been awesome but I was too short and there were no other mirrors, a mirror next to the shoe stand near the front door would be perfect. My partner loved these though, they were looking in the mirror and could see every part of their head and would not stop talking about, so funny. So although these seem negative, they are absolutely not. Each aspect still has a positive and I would 100% recommend staying here, just bring your compact mirror and your slippers and you're sorted!

Nice flat, good location and great for two people who want a cheaper option than staying central Leeds. We were at an event at Leftbank and it was really close to that.

There were quite a lot of cobwebs in the flat, and no WiFi so the TV doesn’t work. The mirrors are only in the bathroom and are placed too high for most women to use, and no hangers in the wardrobe. Unfortunately upstairs were very noisy in the morning, and the front door is near to the bed and has windows which let the light in too, so I wouldn’t expect a lie in if staying a few nights!

Should have been lovely, if only it was clean.

So….. firstly, this property has clearly had a lot of investment. The facilities are great and the fittings and fixtures have not been shy of money being spent. However who ever cleans this place doesn’t give much of a damn about the investment that has been made. First thing that hits you is the drain smell. Clearly drain ‘U’ bends have been allowed to dry out allowing the smell from the main sewerage drains to seep up into the property. When we walked into the apartment, our shoes stuck to the floor, which is also coming away and broken. The mirrors and polished surfaces look like they’ve been wiped down with a cloth dipped in something nasty, the toothbrush holder was covered in toothpaste drips from previous tooth brushes. The taps are covered in limescale which could be easily removed. We felt grimy and left as early as we could. I’m not sure if the owner knows the standard of cleaning is so bad. It’s a shame. The property could and should be a lovely stay if only the cleaner gave a damn.

une petite table basse, devant le canapé lit serait utile, pour le prise des repas. Mais tout était très bien par ailleurs
