Good quiet location. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and kitchen.
No soap or shampoo, no hangers in wardrobe, only 2 mugs for 3 of us. We are used to some tea n coffee on our travels too.
The above little things would make such a difference.

Location very convenient for Headingley Stadium. Property was clean and tidy, with a parking space outside.
A bedside table and reading lamp (preferably one each side of the bed) would improve the property. The freezer needed to be defrosted as it was all iced up, and therefore unuseable. Free WiFi would have been useful. The bathroom mirrors are too high for people of average or below average height.

It was clean and modern.
The flooring was not in good condition, needs replacing. The hot water in the shower was too hot and difficult to set to a suitable temperature.
