Self contained studio apartment in Burley, Leeds

Location. Good to have a fridge.

The property is a basement flat accessed by very steep steps. Not great for older guests and difficult to navigate with luggage. The key safe is located at a height that I couldn’t reach! Equally, any mirrors were much too high for us. Shame that the TV didn’t work at all without using our own ‘hot spot data’ (whatever that is!). We couldn’t get the job to turn on either, although to be fair I didn’t bother to contact the owner to ask how to do this. Our first nights sleep was disrupted by armed police waking us at 1am wanting information about someone who was in a flat above us!

Small cosy space that was great a place to sleep. Great location to Cricket and Rugby grounds.

Didn't both us, but worth noting planes can be heard over head as close to the airport.
