Good location, both to city centre and access to motorway, House was very clean
At first there was no gas, but this was rectified immediately by the host.

Location was decent for the UKREiiF conference.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The property was in need of a much more thorough clean, with cobwebs throughout and the cupboards, doors, walls and skirting boards noticeably dirty. The hob was also unusable as it was not plugged in and could not reach a socket, and the front door key was very difficult to use.
On a positive note, the beds appeared clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. As we were out for most of our stay, we were able to manage, but we did not feel the property was presented to an acceptable standard.
