Good location, shame it wasn't clean

Owners sent detailed information on how to get there, parking, entry, WiFi etc, which was really helpful. Owners quick to respond to concerns regarding the property and it is hoped that most of these concerns will not be an issue moving forward although, not clear what would be done about tbe layout. Owners were prepared to move us had they known the concerns. Well equipped with washer/dryer,, cooker, fridge and microwave. Plenty of information in the apartment to understand how to work equipment where needed. Good location for what we needed.

The apartment needs a good scrub, the floors were filthy. The tricky bits of the bathroom needed a good clean. Cutlery was dirty and we needed to wash it before using it and, there wasn't enough for two people. There's a smell of urine from the bathroom, faint but it's there. The duvet was filthy as were the cover and pillow cases. I don't believe the bedding was fresh for new guests. Towels were cheap. The cupboards above the bed are crazy, and lots of bumped heads due to them! The apartment layout is inconvenient with the spilt kitchen been extremely difficult to navigate. The bathroom sink to almost unusable due to how compacted the bathroom is. There were locks on storage, does not give a welcoming feel.

Leeds accommodation

Great accommodation, free parking at the back of the property. Goòd size room, with a fully fitted kitchen if you want to cook. Great communication with hosts.

Close to the main road and we had a room on the first floor facing the road so a bit noisy. Didn't realise how far put it was, so we had to cab it in & out of town.

I was a little unsure about the location at first but I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience, comfort but most of all the ameneties. It was very important for me to have laundry facilities for this trip and this is something I don't always expect to find but found them to be excellent and just what I needed, actually exceeded my expectations.

As mentioned, the area was not what I expected and at first I was a little put off. However, I quickly overcame that concern given the high standard of the property, how well it is clearly maintained and the abundance of ameneties. Certainly this s very good value for money

Car park was meant to be free, but I was attacked by people claiming it was their parking spot and demanded £150 from me, threatened to beat me up and vandalise my car, they did knock me around so I paid up. I emailed the owners who haven't bothered to reply, so I ended up stopping at Premier Inn for 3 out of the 4 nights I had booked. Don't go here, Premier Inn is more expensive but safe, clean and quiet

Disappointing but did the job

Great instructions to get the keys! My son and I are walking from London to Edinburgh and spent 2 nights here.

The property was dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere. A slug came up from the drain in the shower. Lots of spiders! The door didn’t feel safe. There should be a bolt or chain lock on the inside. It was great having a full kitchen but would’ve been nice to at least have some tea bags. I’ve been to self catering places before that leave tea, coffee, sugar and sometimes a nice welcome treat like a cake or scones. Cake/sweet treat is above and beyond but teas and coffee is an easy standard to meet and very helpful. As we are travelling light buying a jar of coffee for 2 nights would mean having to leave it behind

Location central to where I needed to be, cost for two night was reasonable.

Bed creaked everytime I moved. Floor was filthy, debris all over it, so much so socks/feet when walking in there got covered in debris. Long black hairs everywhere, bed, floor and bathroom.

It was self contained and every single thing I needed for my stay was supplied.

Being on a major road the parking to the front of the property was confusing however when I contacted the owners they responded instantly with directions to the rear of the property with all the instructions on how to gain entry. To the rear of the property there was ample parking and after walking back round to the front of the property I managed to gain entry after several attempts at the rear being unsuccessful. That was the only issue I had I was tired and after the 5 hour drive I was getting frustrated with myself not reading the instructions clearly.

Cheap and well equipped with everything you need while working from home

Location was only 5 minutes away from where i was working, everything you needed was there inculding cooker, washing machine, microwave etc, the wifi was outstanding and TV was massive

The whole house smelled from the second you walked in the door, the couch was very hard and uncomfortable and the whole apartment needs a deep clean and painting as it is tired but what do you except for £31.50 a night

Wonderful stay in Leeds

Location and easy access to buses. Sent me all the information I need through whatsapp. Promptly attended to re fill the soap in bathroom (👍) Had everything well organized way as in the booking.com page. Good comfy bed. Didnt use the TV. Recommended to anyone.

It's a good size for a single traveller or a couple. The bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All necessary information was given before check-in. Quite all right for the price.

Dirty, unsafe, shower didn't work, strong odour, pubes in the bathroom sink. Shower cord couldn't be reached to test that out. Confusing check in instructions. Dirty pans. Didn't respond to complaint for 8 hours. Not outdoor lights so fell down the steps. Stench of weed coming out of window. Only 2 out of 4 hobs worked. Bathroom was outside of the main room. Dirty toilet.

Paul is one of the best hosts that I have come across. He is very quick to respond to all your needs and bends over backward to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Very unclean property.

Room was generally unclean and did not appear to have been cleaned prior to check-in. Plates/ cutlery were dirty and required washing before use. Bathroom was in a bad state: large crack in sink and dirty bath.

Bathroom more than minute. Code for front door didn't work at all hence I had to call the person in charge to unlock the door remotely which enabled him to track my movements which is not ok.

Very good place to stay with everything I needed for my work trip. Also host really accommodating!

I really liked the location close to the city centre, a real bonus after a long journey. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and quiet part of town. Oven was like new, good washer/dryer and had iron/board for my shirts! Can highly recommend as will be using on my future visits to Leeds, Kudos to very friendly and accommodating host.

Very, very disappointed. We arrived late Friday. And immediately felt smell of weed. Like someone smoke in our room. And it ment to be smoke free place. Through the night lots of noises from upstairs apartment, running up and down the stairs. Early morning, smell of weed was refreshed, so we had to leave the premises for an entire day. On our come back Saturday evening, still smell of weed, and also we spotted, that bedsheets were dirty, and the was no replacement in the room. Had to sleep on top of the cover. But even then, we couldn't do so, as a fire alarm got activated for no reason. We tried to contact the owner over 24/7 phone number, but no response for any of 20 our and our neighbours calls. Yes, 50 minutes later property manager arrived and fixed the alarm, apologized and promised refund within 48 hours, but got nothing.

Nuffing as the landlord him self was so horrible when we were the ones stud outside in the cold for two half hour because he's got the ring smoke alarm. They were flashing blue which was c.o in the air don't care . Only care about the druggie he had staying there worse night stay ov are life's. The next door was a broffel so it had a weirdo all night long . Never an agen snappy bag outside he's house when asked how m about them told me not to be judged mentally about them things
