Have low expectations, the.you wont be disappointed.

Exclusive, me thinks not. It was damp, dirty and desperately in need of some TLC. Paintwork in poor condition, evidence of mould in wet room, grout between tiles never been cleaned. Keyless entry, which requires a front door key, smelly drains, unkept garden, kitchen draws that dropped when you open them. Instruction to clean up, dispose of your rubbish and don’t make a noise when the occupants above (owners) are noisy.

Wonderful Place and will definitely return

- Modern property - Essentials such as shampoo, body wash, sugar, tea and coffee was available inside the property - Bed was really comfy with lovely throws and cushions, high quality bedding - Free WiFi and Smart TVs in living area and bedroom - Shower was really strong pressure which we prefer - Loved there was an air fryer which made cooking so much easier although there was also the oven and stove as an option

There was nothing really we didnt like at all, the only thing was it being a wet room bathroom the floor was wet after the shower was used for a while but with shoes this wasnt to much of a bother to us. The bathroom was clean but very tired and looks like it would soon need a new cabinet above the sink, the tile adhesive across the middle of the walls was peeling as well due to the moisture in that room.

Pretty big and equipped, yet dirty.

Good bedroom, nice size, and lots of space in the apartment in general. It was quiet at night, location is ok and easy for using public transport. We had everything we need in the kitchen.

It was dirty- Dishes were dusty, bedroom was not the cleanest, Lots of ants on the bathroom floor, trash bin wasn't empty when we arrived, and it smelled, and in general nothing felt clean enough. If your height is more than 180cm, you can't stand in the bedroom without hitting your head. In every sink, there were 2 taps- one with only freezing cold water, and one with boiling hot water. It was very difficult for me to wash hands/ dishes / use the taps for anything.

Not sure I'd book it again

The communication with the host was not an issue. The instructions were clear, the images were helpful.

Two of my employees stayed at the property and had this to say: a grotty basement flat, it was muffly and semiclean with lots of personal stuff from folks around. It was dark, smelly and a low ceiling and above was a bunch of kids doing races until bedtime.

Fantastic basement apartment in central Leeds - what a gem!

Spacious basement apartment kept in great condition worth every penny! All mod cons and up to date essentials available. Local shopping district and amenities nearby. Very welcoming hosts!

Just a personal thing but style of apartment a little outdated and could do with refurbishment of air conditioning and improved ventilation throughout the apartment.
