It is just a bedroom and bathroom attached to the back of someone's house
The internal door and windows to host house felt slightly uncomfortable.
For the price and location for Leeds Town centre we made the most.
Windows and Internal door to host house as part of guest room.

Location and price point were good. Free wifi and tv was a good bonus
Bed was really uncomfortable, pillows very soft and kept getting stuck between head board and bed because of the gap. Duvet was really heavy and difficult to sleep in.
