Although it is tiny you have everything you need inside the suite: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a TV with many channels. Excellent location and neighbourhood. Peace, quiet and safe at night.

The hostess is a kind lady. She is friendly.

The room was dusty, bathroom was dirty. There was rust and mould in taps, shower. The kitchen exhaust was really dirty.

My stay in Leeds

Self contained accommodation. Good for the price and had everything I needed.

It was a fair distance to the city centre but that was my own fault when booking. Leeds is quite hilly, the upside is that I got fit.

Good hosts but not as described

I met the host and her son very nice family and welcoming a credit

I didn’t feel comfortable there because it was two apartments very small and two close to each other and mine was connected to the house. I didn’t think it was clean specially the bathroom and leaking toilet, very poor plumbing and it was freezing inside at seven am. Definitely not for family or couples retreat. Would not recommend and would question some other reviews. Might be okay for a worker placement.

We chose the apartment for proximity to our son, but it has good access to the city on nearby bus links. Mrs Singh is lovely and very eager to please.

The accommodation is very small and limited. It needs redecorating and the bathroom door rehanging.

Facilities Good

This was close to Chapel Allerton Hospital, where my relative was.

Not as clean as I should have liked. However the facilities were really good. Full cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, good pots and pans, bath with shower over and king sized bed.

Appalling to the point where I didn’t stay on the last night.

Breakfast not included. Impossible to access from Harrogate Rd. Road closures meant only one access route from Chapeltown Rd… no forewarning

Had to park car and walk 250m to property as road blocked. Then host returned to car with me and escorted me by via a circuitous and impenetrable route. Property was jaded and shabby. No hot water for 24 hours. No plugs for bath or sink. Bath plug provided second evening and hot water available. Not sink for duration. No bedside light for reading. Host said she’d get hold of her builder to sort ie change a bulb! Host not answering door on first morning in order to alert her to these issues. Host and Booking.com emailed.

That it was an extension behind someone's house Apartment a bit tired, needed clean, oven dirty. The bath needed a plug, no hot water anyway. Owner uncontactable. No reply to messages. No coffee, milk etc.

It was in a quiet street and clean

No hot water to get a bath which was disappointing and the main reason I picked the room for the night. The shower run hot and cold either burning my skin or freezing cold. The shower bracket was also hanging off the wall so it was ridiculous. To get a shower or bath is essential and standard for any stay anywhere.

Accomodation suited for my needs and location

When i arrived at 16:45, it still needed a clean. Was a little cold when arrived, and still required a few hours to heat up the place, before it felt comfortable Tv didn't work at all, there was a sky box, but required a code which i didn't had, and even free tv were not available on the tv.

Very nice well equipped and very clean. Nice accomodation, nice area. TV would not work, bed was quite adequate but mattress could have been a bit more comfy. Overall very good for the money and everything you could need to be independant, washer, microwave, fridge etc.

On the day of driving to the place I got a phone call from my wife half way there to tell me my 4 month son had caught covid I asked for the place to consider a refund or rebook for another time they gave me no response and just kept the money that had been paid. I plan on going at a later date again with my brother to Leeds but i will not be using them again. I just find rude to not even give me a response.

Disappointing, would not recommend.

Owner was friendly and pleasant on arrival.

The room was extremely small and smelt awful for the duration on my stay, bad drains mixed with stale cooking fat( i had to buy a plug in and air freshener to make it bearable). The futon was not fit for purpose, the mattress was wafer thin and very uncomfortable resulting in very little sleep and a bad back. The property looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while( dust, hairs, smears, fingerprints etc)and i had to wipe everything down or wash it before i felt comfortable to use it.
