Friendly host, comfortable set of rooms. Great for the budget. Location was quiet and easy to get to from city centre without a car.
Step down to the bedroom caught me by surprise at first. Could be a problem for someone with eyesight or mobility issues. A hi-vis strip of strip to highlight the edge of the step would help. One of the adjoining doors didn't shut due to fridge sticking out.
