The apartment is not fit for guests until it has had a thorough clean as well as the hot water issue and the window bein

The property was in a good location with free parking outside the property as well.

The property had no water for over 12 hours and we we were told by the site manager that this issue had been occurring for a week and nothing had changed. There was a very large window that was open for over a week too due to the fire alarm going off a week prior which was a safety concern as anyone could climb through very easily right in front of our door. The washing machine was also broken, the throw on the bed had stains all over it and had been burned, the bathroom was very dirty with stains all over the walls and a broken flusher. Every dish in the kitchen had to be re washed and the site manger said this also was a consistent complaint. The apartment was not up to standard to stay in with no hot water for very long periods of time, it was a safety concern and overall not clean. I would not recommend, the staff were also not helpful when we spoke to them to discuss our issues and blamed it on the building for issues.

The apartment is super clean, the fact that they had white towels and bedsheets that added an extra touch. The gost was super helpful waited for us to arrive as well as requested a late check out. I give you 100/100

Was a very good stay my friend enjoyed her stay there and had excellent staff and especially one staff called leena she was very nice had excellent customer service skills and made us feel very welcome really appreciate her help need more people like her.
