Top-notch experience

The house was clean, organised and well-stocked with kitchenware and cleaning appliances. The WiFi was very good and the rooms were well made. There were enough towels and blankets for everyone, plus all appliances were easy to use. Renata consistently checked in with us to make sure everyone was comfortable. There were shops nearby (including Asda), with a bus stop right outside the house. Great experience and excellent value-for-money!

The heating around the house was almost non-existent. It definitely needs addressing.

Awful no sleep

House was fine just as we expected What wasn’t fine was road works literally outside the front door jack hammering’s grinding digging and then turning of the electricity This property should have not been offered for stays

Nice cosy house

We stayed 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The place is convenient, close to the Asda shop, and made everything easy. The house itself is comfortable, clean, and complete with everything we needed — truly a home away from home. Communication is good throughout, which made our stay even smoother. Definitely will come again!

What we did not like was the construction outside the house, but that’s not under the control of the homeowner. Also, just a small caution — the stairs are quite steep, which might be difficult for people with bad knees. For us young ones, it was okay, but worth mentioning for others.

The house was nice and clean and just like the pictures. Had all the basic facilities required for the family. Would highly recommend to families looking to explore Leeds city centre and surrounding Yorkshire attractions.

A Cosy Stay at the Cosy House!

The location of the house was great. We enjoyed the ease of access to the local Asda and the bus stop, from which was a direct line to the town center and train station. The amenities were wonderful, with a clean kitchen, living space, bathroom, and bedrooms. With a TV and plenty of card games, there was hardly ever a boring evening back at the flat! Overall, this house was well worth the price and is a wonderful place to stay in Leeds.

There was a neighbour across the way that seemed to be a bit unfriendly towards guests. Be careful of where you park, as he may come outside and tell you that it is "his street" and that he "has cameras." He did not bother us beyond our arrival, but it did throw us off a bit to be spoken to like that.

Es una casita cercana al centro de Leeds, bien comunicada con autobús y coche, aparcamiento en la puerta. Tiene un supermercado grande a un minuto andando. Se agradece mucho la limpieza de la casa y los detalles de bienvenida con café, té, chocolates, así como los elementos de papel higiénico, lavavajillas, etc. El alojamiento tiene buenos electrodomésticos y una buena calefacción.

El colchón se recomienda su sustitución al ser de muelles.

No es apto para familias con niños pequeños

Buena calefacción, cocina bien equipada, barrio tranquilo.

La cama matrimonial eran dos camas pequeñas unidas, por lo que era muy incomodo dormir en ella. Los colchones necesitan ser cambiados. Los sillones son muy incómodos y duros. La casa tiene muebles que no van con el pequeño espacio en el primer piso, por ejemplo las sillas no son del juego de comedor por lo que no entran debajo de la mesa. No es lugar apto para ir con niños pequeños, las escaleras son peligrosas y no es cómodo para ellos. La ubicación no es la mejor dado que al centro no es caminable y los taxis cuestan entre 10 a 12 libras por viaje.
