Convenient location with parking but property was disappointing

Kitchen was clean and reasonably equipped. Beds were comfortable although rooms looked bare. It was a positive that there was parking. Cot was provided on request.

The property didn’t look like the photos advertised, there were no soft furnishings. It didn’t feel cosy or homely. I paid extra for this compared to another property in the area as the reviews were a little better and the photos looked nice. I was disappointed to see the floor had not been cleaned- please see photos of child’s feet after a couple hours roaming around the floor with his toys. It states there is high chair available but we didn’t find one and as we were only there a couple days didn’t see the point in contacting and waiting for a reply when we could manage with the pram.

HORRIFIC

Horrific. We arrived to what can be only described as 'The Bronx' Every house in the surrounding area had either borded up windows or bars over the doors and windows. Big overflowing Bins. A smashed up car across the road. Nowhere to park. Drug addicts roaming the streets and hanging around on corners. Washing drying pegged to the window bars like some kind of refugee camp. People eyeing you up and down making us feel intimidated and vulnerable. On our welcome message it said enter through 'The garden gate' which we struggled to find as it was definitely not what I would describe as a garden! It was a yard with railings round it! What was a worry was that the property was the only one without bars on the windows and doors, when all the other residents in the area needed them. We decided there was no way we could possibly stay in such a dilapidated area. I really think the description of a 'contemporary stylish house' was very misleading and should be removed from your website as the area is not fit for any self respecting traveller to reside in, and to protect any other families having the unfortunate need to stay there. We were fortunate that we could book into a premier inn to get our two young children to a 'safe' bed for the night after a long tiring journey to Leeds. I expect a full refund ASAP. Please please remove this property from your listings to prevent this situation arising again.

£25 for late check out

It was clean.

Tiniest house. It's the front half of a terrace house. It has shoehorned the tiniest of bathrooms into the landing. It was £180 for one night. Check out was 10:30 am. We asked for a late check out, which cost an extra £25 - which we paid on the Saturday. (It would also have been another £25 for early check in before 3pm). However, on the Sunday at 10:40 they came knocking on the door saying we hadn't paid the extra - even though I had a text from "Adnan" confirming I had. Then a woman rang me, still insisting we hadn't paid. They did eventually get the message. Not a great area either. Saying "Garden view" is a bit of a stretch!. The front path accommodates one car. We stay in Leeds quite often because we have relatives there. We won't be staying here again. It was not good value for money, and didn't appreciate their money grubbing attitude.

The property was clean and local to what we needed for the duration of the stay and the host was polite and understanding. Definitely do try to book in the future if needed.👌🏾

Superb

Property was clean looking easy parking and very comfortable stay even tho not far from a dule carriage way you could not hear the traffic ..in a quiet area aswell off the main road which was good ..then only down fall was the TV didn't have normal channels and the Internet on the TV keep cutting out but overall a very very nice stay and would highly recommend it I would definitely come back
