Left shortly after arrival as the property was not clean or suitable, and we did not stay overnight.

We did not stay overnight and left shortly after arrival due to the condition of the property. It was unclean, had hair in the bed, damp in a bedroom, insufficient heating, and a strong smell throughout. As we were travelling with a child with asthma, we did not feel it was safe or suitable.

Expected more comfort for the price, decent overall but wouldn't consider it again if I'm back

Close to Elland Road Stadium, which is what we were looking for. Very quiet area, kitchen area size was decent

The bath mixers were making loud and annoying sounds, even at night. The sofa and mattresses were not very comfortable. Unless we missed something, live TV channels were limited to BBC only or else you'd need to have your own youtube, netflix, amazon subscriptions.

Don't make the same mistake we did!!!

Everything Saw a few bad comments but figured it’s just one night and the overall rating looked decent. HUGE MISTAKE! We were asked to send a deposit to a third-party account — dodgy from the start. The area felt unsafe, even for a group of five adults. That says a lot. The house smelled awful — like old weed masked with air freshener. You could tell they tried to cover it up, but no chance. Then the bathroom pipes started making this constant high-pitched screech — genuinely sounded like a horror film. We arrived late around 11pm and tried to tough it out, but there was no way anyone could sleep. The bedding looked dirty too, which didn’t help. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night. That’s how bad it was. If you’re reading this, don’t book. The bad reviews are real. We ignored them and paid the price.

House has serious electrical issues. Unsafe for occupation and fire risk to neighbours. Socket damaged in living room, main earth cpc conductor not connected in DB and no RCD protection. C1 X 2, at least. Plumbing rattling all night long. Sleep disturbed. Curtains missing so no privacy. Security issue with weak locks on doors. Overall Very dirty.

A hidden gem!

This place is great. It's a home away from home that we had to borrow while our 2 families had building work done and my kids want to go back for their holidays 😂 it was very clean and very impressive! Really quiet street too, very friendly and nice neighbours.

Don’t bother unless you want to stay In student digs!

All of it! Walked in, walked out. Not an apartment it’s a terraced house on a dodgy estate, not fit for purpose. Had to book somewhere else which implicated a huge cost! Family celebrations ruined in the turn of a key!

Budget friendly at the cost of luxuries

To start with the good bits. Great location for what we needed Easy parking straight outside the address with a cctv camera pointing over the cars to deter any crime. Extremely comfortable beds! Unfortunately the bad The house smelt very strong of cigarettes There was only 3 pans and no baking trays to good with The hot water taps and shower would run constantly once you turned them off. Mostly with water coming from the base of the tap rather than the end. There was no lock on the bathroom door The outside drain pipe for the toilet had a leak in it and drips water onto the kitchen window - delightful for those eating and cooking! Both yards need a quick clean up, rather than empty cans and cigarettes ends littering the yards. Windows could do with a quick wash as it was very clear how dirty they were in the sun. In need of some quick DIY with items hanging off the wall
