The property was clean, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, had secure access, friendly staff and close to city center.
In the summertime it’s quite warm so necessary to open the windows in the evening to stay cool. The downside to this is the train station is just below and very noisy in the night. However if you close the windows it’s quite soundproof so ideal if it’s not warm. The window in the double room was locked and therefore very warm. We tried several times to contact staff about it and even if they were very quick to respond about looking into it, we never received a key and had to get a fan to help with the heat.

The apartment itself was really lovely. Had everything you needed for an overnight stay.
Unfortunately we had many issues actually getting into the apartment.
I’ve never before had YouTube videos, and a full document explaining how to find the building. This was confusing and didn’t make sense. Our friends went to check in, and you have to go to the back entrance of the building, put in a code, and then another code to get the key card. We were sent a code which didn’t work, so my friends had to attempt to ring the owner to give them the right code. This took longer than necessary. You then have to go back to the main entrance to get in. Again, makes no sense.
We arrived later on in the evening, and we couldn’t get in at all. We tried ringing the owner with no answer. We were probably outside for a good 15 minutes. Luckily for us, someone staying in the building came out so we managed to get in.
It’s a shame because as mentioned the apartment is really nice. However it is right next to the train tracks so as you were trying to sleep, a train would go past. This was constant throughout the night.
On the lead up to our stay, communication had been great. But when we actually needed someone it was difficult.
