A beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean apartment in a fantastic location, with attentive hosts

The accommodation was beautiful – very modern, spotless, and finished to a high standard. It genuinely felt like a luxury stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around Leeds and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. The hosts were also very attentive. After booking, you’re given access to a portal specifically for your stay, which I thought was a fantastic touch. It included absolutely all the information you might need – WiFi details, heating instructions, how to access the apartment, and more. It made everything straightforward and stress-free.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property itself. However, I was surprised by the deposit requirement after booking. You’re given the option of paying a non-refundable £60 damage waiver or a £250 refundable deposit (returned within 10 days). As a young couple, this felt like a significant and unexpected cost. We opted for the £250 refundable option, as we couldn’t justify losing an extra £60, but £250 is a lot of money to have held at one time. I completely understand the need for a damage deposit, but compared to other places I’ve stayed where deposits were typically £80–£100 and released within 24 hours of inspection, this did feel high and slightly unexpected. (Have not yet received the £250 back but will soon) That said, the apartment itself was absolutely lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean and tidy apartment, out of the way.

The property was modern, warm and comfortable.

The property was around a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and Leeds centre, it was out of the way. Once I had made the non refundable booking I then had to pay a fee for if there was any damages. Either £60 non refundable or £250 which would be refundable about a week after our stay. I had to pay £60 and lose out on my money as I didn’t have a spare £250! This was not highlighted before I made the non refundable booking, if it was I wouldn’t have booked it. They also charge £30 per hour for early and late checkout, which I think is very expensive per hour. It feels like it’s all about making money out of their customers rather than giving them a nice pleasant experience.

Our cute little home for a month.

We stayed for the month— (4Adults) Nice and modern decor. 2 bathrooms, made it great for 4 people so you’re not completely in each others space. One with a big bath and shower the en-suite a big shower! 10-15 minute walk max to train station or into town. Great communication via booking.com and WhatsApp. Lots of seating so no one had to sit on the floor (was comfy sofa and chairs) Provided with a different type of mattress on each bed so there will one for all preferences

Despite being able to cater for 6 people, you were only given one key? One key we had was also temperamental and sometimes just glitched so didn’t work until 2/3times trying.. Very loud because of constant trains, if you leave windows and doors open but quite hot and stuffy if closed (so we had to get room fans) Delivery drivers struggled with finding the address. Kitchen was quite small and not much prep space to make a meal- we tried using the table but it’s wobbly so made chopping quite difficult if you’re already using the hob. Towels were quite small and only had one each so was difficult if you were to wash and try dry them before next use.

I liked the furniture & cleanliness.

Both apartments smelled like sewage the whole stay, there were only 2 keycards for 12 people. Won’t be staying again.

very good location and facilities; good value for money.

the location of the key boxes wasnt super clear, but we found them after circling the building.

There was no hairdryer at the property, which i wish had been highlighted in advance of the trip. The communication method could have been a little better- work trips are usually booked by PA's so referring the people who are travelling to emails (sent to PA's) rather than just responding in text correspondence could be improved on. But that is perhaps a subject issue only specific to those travelling for work!

Beautiful apartment

Fantastic accommodation, great set up and facilities. Rooms were great, plenty of space for 6 adults. Bathrooms were wonderful. We loved our stay and would be more than happy to come again

Our only niggle was it was very warm in the apartment without having the French doors open. It was a muggy weekend though and being on a higher floor

Perfect.

Amazing property with all modern amenities. 5-10mins away from the centre by car with parking as low as 3£ per day. We had this place as a base location to visit York, Peak District, Leeds , Hull and Blackwell over the long weekend and it was perfect for a group of 5 or 6. The bathroom is huge as well with queen size beds. TV had Netflix as well. Would definitely recommend if staying in Leeds.

Nothing much but keys for the windows were missing but we were immediately given a replacement so kudos.
