Absolutely everything considered. It was spotlessly clean and a beautiful property.

Family travelled down for a wedding and this apartmet was a lovely base for the weekend festivities. All information re. check-in and access were communicated really clearly, and we had no issues. The first thing we noticed was that this apartment was immaculately clean and had obviously been renovated to a really high standard. It had all the amenities we needed, 6 of us stayed, and with 3 en-suites, we had no issues with getting everyone showered and out the door. Both the lounge and kitchen were lovely spaces to sit and relax and there were lots of nice little touches, coffee pods, some snacks and one that especially surprised us, was a little toy box, with blocks, cars, and to our toddlers delight dinosaurs! The beds were super comfortable and a cot and high chair were provided.

The stairs to access the property are high and a bit slippy in the rain, and the stairs inside the property, especially to the bedrooms are very steep! Only an issue if you have no mobility issues or are like us travelling with an adventurous toddler! Luckily, all the doors to the rooms lock so we were able to restrict access.

Excellent location and great value for money.

This was our second stay at 3a Roman View and we have also stayed at 3b which is equally as nice. We love the quiet location which is near to Roundhay Park and the city centre is just a short taxi/bus ride away. The property is furnished beautifully and is well equipped. All bedrooms have their own en-suite and the lounge has a double sofa bed plus an en-suite which makes it ideal for parties of 6 like us. There are QR codes dotted about the place for instructions and pictures inside the kitchen cupboards showing what is in them. Such simple ideas and very useful! The owners have thought of everything and more 😀
