Wonderful and welcoming

Villa Argiolas is a real gem. Everything was exceptional, from Annalisa's hospitality, comfort and size of the room, immaculate cleanliness, tasteful and cosy decor, excellent breakfast to peace and tranquility and outdoor space. Would definitely recommend it and would come back here.

Wonderful stay in Modena

I had a fantastic one-night stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast in Modena. The place was spotless and pleasantly scented, which made it feel immediately welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and elegant, with lovely details that made it feel a bit luxurious. Breakfast was very good, with quality products and a nice variety to start the day right. Above all, the host was incredibly welcoming and kind, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended! I would happily stay here again!

Amazing stay in Modena. The B&B was clean, comfortable and we looked forward to coming back after long days of exploring the region. We would definitely come back if we were ever in this region of Italy again.

Absolutely gorgeous space! Annalisa was very welcoming. The bathroom was stunning and incredibly impressive!

The only tiny little thing was the lock on the front door was a little tricky.

Perfect Stay and Host!

A quiet retreat just outside Modena. Annalisa was a wonderful host and helped us with reservations and places to visit in the area. The property was spotless and beautiful. Not within walking distance of the center of Modena but we had a car and used it as a base for exploring the area.

Everthing was amazing. Very Nice and helpful host. Haus Is beautiful as Well as rooms. Breakfast very nice Made by the host. Location at the Border of the City, very quiet with spacious garden. To reach the City, 10-15mins by Car. Very easy. I Hope to hope back again.

We would go back anytime!

The house is in a peaceful area from our window we could see an agricultural field. The owner was very friendly and kind we felt as we would have been at home. The house is a typical countryside house with huge terrace and nicely maintaned garden. Parking was easy in front of the BB or at a small side street. The room was as on the photos with huge modern clean bathroom. Everything was perfect. We visited the famous sport car manufacturers that were 15 min far. Also getting to Bologna was easy cca half an hour.

This is a wonderful place to stay and we were recommended to anybody

The location is just beautiful and the breakfast was lovely with the hostess being gracious and inviting we always enjoy talking to the other guests and this was encouraged. We would recommend this property to anybody.

Clean and comfortable B&B with a terrific host. Nice property design both indoor and outdoor

New, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Exceptional host who tried to be helpful when possible. Comfortable beds with shutters on windows which made for a quiet, dark and relaxing night sleep. Large bathrooms which made you feel like you were in a luxury resort. Amazing value for money!

One of the two rooms had a slight drainage problem in the shower (but to be fair we didn’t flag to host). Lighting in the breakfast area a bit florescent (would suggest warmer lighting) for the morning however breakfast area still very comfortable.

Wonderful home, location, and stay. I would highly recommend this location to anybody visiting!

I loved everything about this place and only wish we could have stayed longer! The location was convenient for our plan to drive in and immediately out the next day, and it was absolutely beautiful. Annalisa was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and her home is fantastic. The room was exceedingly clean and comfortable and a very welcome respite after an active, busy weekend. Breakfast was yummy and pleasant experience. Joy and Jack were also welcome surprises.

Im Grunde perfekte Unterkunft mit sehr netter Besitzerin

Lage für uns optimal, da wir auf der Durchreise waren und dies hier unser kleinen Stopp war für das Ferrari Museum . Garten ist ein Traum ,die Besitzerin hat alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und ist auch ein Herzensmensch, auch hier noch mal vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und wenn es passt gerne wieder 😘😘

Wir hatten eine Treppe im Übergang zum Klo , die war etwas ungewohnt, da meine Frau nicht ganz fit mehr auf den Füßen ist aber wir habe auch das hinbekommen.

Posto ed accoglienza unici. Appena entrati al B&B l'atmosfera curatissima e rilassata ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti. La camera molto bella, letto comodo e colazione inclusa molto buona. La padrona è stata molto gentile e disponibile, un vero piacere. Super consigliato!

Die Villa Argiolas liegt wunderschön in einem ruhigen Vorort von Modena. Das Grundstück ist super gepflegt, die Zimmer inklusive der kompletten Einrichtung des Hauses sind außerordentlich geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Dazu kommt die absolut sympathische und kompetente Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin Annalisa, die für ein tolles Frühstück sowie Tipps für Ausflüge gesorgt hat. Vielen Dank dafür!!

Prachtige locatie, super lieve eigenaresse. Alles was authentiek en smaakvol ingericht, ook de tuin. Parkeren voor de deur en erg lekker eten op loopafstand. (Op advies van de eigenaresse)

Für uns hat hier alles gestimmt. Sehr sauber, eine tolle Ausstattung des Zimmers ( vor allem das Bad war richtig schön). Annalisa ist eine unglaublich sympathische Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war eine große Freude in dieses tolle Hus zu kommen. Alles war so toll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war groß das wir mit vier Personen uns sehr gut bewegen können u Platz hatten. Besonders die Gastgeberin Annalisa war einfach toll. Alle unsere Anliegen u Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet u Sie hat uns einen besonders tollen Ausflug für Balsamico empfohlen- ein echtes Highlight. Ganze Großes Danke nochmal dafür 🫶. Luxe et confort en banlieue de Modène

Soyons honnêtes: difficile de faire mieux. Ce B&B est du niveau d’un très bon hôtel 5 étoiles. Je ne sais par où commencer? Les lits d’un confort rare, le calme absolu, la discrétion de l’hôtesse ainsi que sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, la décoration chic et raffinée, une chambre immense avec des finitions parfaites, un petit déjeuner de luxe. Nous y retournerons!

Sehr schön gepflegte Villa mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern und sehr herzlichem Gastgeber

Das Frühstück war super und die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hat auf Wunsch das Frühstück individuell bisschen angepasst. Das Zimmer wurde super renoviert und hatte grundsätzlich alles was man braucht. Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer war ein kleines Highlight. Alles Mobilien war sehr hochwertig, auf Eigentumsstandard. Die Villa ist allgemein sehr schön. Man konnte die Stadt mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15min erreichen und war auch schnell in Maranello oder auf einer Käse-Produktion.

Für uns nichts. Höchstens wäre ein Pool schön gewesen bei dem heissen Wetter :D

Het villa gevoel dat wij hebben ervaren tijdens ons verblijf bij Annalisa. Zeer ruime badkamer, goede douche en een goed bed. Comfortabele buiten zitplaatsen. Goed Restaurant op loopafstand.
